I was very pleased with the results from Yes Sir Services, they came out right when they said they would be. Lee did an awsome job getting all but one of the spots out of ten year old carpet. It did take a lot longer then I thought it would but that is my own fault for not asking before hand, and I would rather it take a long time to get it right then rush through the job and leave it looking poorly.

Lee was wonderful! Had a smile on his face the whole time. He was very thorough. Spent 2.5 hours cleaning the 4 pieces. I will definitely use them again.

The first time that I talked to Phara she gave me a quote and I told her I would like to shop around for a better price. I also made it known to her that I had a bad experience with Houndstooth carpet cleaning that they left my home smelling like pet urine and it took days for the carpet to dry. She guaranteed me that if I had that problem, they would send another technician out free of charge until the problem is resolved. Well, I called several companies and did not find a better price for 6 rooms including pet deodorizer. Kyle, the technician was on time and very polite. He didn't hesitate to start working. When the job was completed, it looked like the carpet was brand new and there was a nice smell to it. I'm extremely happy! Kyle was very nice to the kids. I would definitely refer this company to my friends and family.

The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. The service technician was a little late but I was informed by the office, so communications were the best! I had researched several companies in the Atlanta area and after speaking with this company, I knew they were the ones I should hire to clean my carpet. I was extremely pleased with the effort and work involved to make my home carpet almost like new. Highly recommend this company.

Your service was excellent from Lee giving me initial information to Joe cleaning the carpets. Joe did a wonderful job. He worked really hard to make sure he got all the spots and dirt up. Yes Sir called 24 hours prior to advise the time frame that the technician would arrive. Technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival, inspected carpeted areas that were to be cleaned, went over the cleaning procedure, and when done he re-inspected the areas with me. Drying time was about 45 for the 3 bedrooms and hall which was dry before he even left. The higher traffic stairs took about an hour but it was the last area done. The technician also recommended ways to prolong the life of my carpet mainly vacuuming and getting it cleaned once a year or more.

He performed his job in a professional manner and was very thorough. GOOD JOB!!
