They were GREAT!! They arrived on time, the Tech was very professional and did a wonderful job.

The staff of YesSir Services had a horrible challenge to remove carpet, install new padding and then reinstall the existing carpet which had been flooded. The finished product is so perfect no one would ever know it had been moved at all. They were processional, prompt and very reasonable with their fee. I will certainly use them for any future needs and recommend them to my friends.

I was extremely satisfied with this company. Lee took his time, and ensured that our carpet was stretched correctly, and man does it look great! He also took his time to explain what they do, and he wasn't pushy at all. I will be hiriing him to perform some other services going forward. This is a very professional company, with good pricing. The service provider was effecient and courteous and did a great job on repairing the carpet.

Great service, professional presentation & follow up. Price was in line with other estimates but 10% off if repair job was done in 5 days--saved some money and have a one year guarantee. Will call them again for carpet cleaning. Very pleased.

He showed up during the appointment window of 4-6. He said the job would take an hour. He didn't leave my house until 11:15! Two of the repairs looked okay but the last one was sloppy and misfitted.

Lee came out the same day I called to give us an estimate. We had 4 total estimates and his was not the cheapest, but it had the best price with a one year warranty. That was important to us. We were able to make an appointment the same week. Lee and his coworker did a fabulous job restretching our living room carpet and cleaning it. We definitely will recommend his company to our friends and family. :)

Lee was very professional, pleasant, and extremely efficient in stretching our carpet. Pad is too thick and the patch is noticeable, when you step on the repair you can feel the difference in padding.

Lee is one of the friendliest, most professional, and qualified professionals we have worked with. He called us the morning after we submitted a request on Service Magic, and came that same day (on time) to give us an estimate. He was able to complete the work on the same visit and gave us a great price and did an excellent job on stretching and reattaching some carpet we had to pull up from water damage. We are so glad we found YesSir and will definitely use them again in the future.
