They did a wonderful job in a timly manner

Put in a project request and the owner called me back within 30 minutes and booked a time within the same day. He showed up a bit late, but when he did show up he gave me a bid, we negotiated on the bid and then he proceeded with the job. It took him about 3 hours to complete the job and I felt that I got my monies worth. He was very personable and worked hard. I would use his company again and going to hangi on to his business card for sure.

They did an great job. They showed up on time, called before they arrived, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had.

They arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday, right as agreed, made a phone call first to let us know he was coming. Did all of the work we needed and exceeded our expectations. We had other people look at the problem where our dog had chewed the carpet and they said we had to patch it but Lee stretched the carpet in all the areas that needed it and completely covered the damaged areas. He also cleaned the carpet in the entire house. This was all done the weekend before Christmas on short notice. They were very accomodating, he was very professional and their price was very reasonable. We will definitely spread their name.

They showed up on time, actually a little early, and did very good work at a fair price. I would not think twice about using them again or recommending them to a close friend.

The repair job was excellent as was the customer service.

My carpets turned out just as I hoped. Clean! My carpets were heavily soiled. I was very pleased to not see my stains come back after drying. I will gladly use YesSir again!

The actual work that was done...we were very pleased with. However, they arrived 2 1/2 hours after the appointment time. When they finally arrived - it was a shaky start. One of the guys used our bathroom and then let us know he had backed up our toilet (a very unpleasant job for us to have to take care of). Both of the technicians loudly sneezed and coughed constantly (so loud it was hard to believe they were covering their months) and probably sneezing all over our bedroom. Once we got past the early hurdles, the job they did - stretching and cleaning our carpets - was excellent!!

Lee came out and did a fabulous job. He moved furniture and went back over places until the carpets were spotless. The carpet looks as if the flooding never happened. He went over and above. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional! Lee was knowledgeable and straightforward in his assessment of how to handle our restoration. He communicated well with us about all aspects of the job. He set an appointment time window and called ahead to alert us to his arrival time. We appreciated his communicating with us. At all times we felt as though he recognized we were the customers and he was working for us! A job well done, all the way around.

Very professional and pleasant. On time and on budget. They did an excellent job of cleaning and restreching our carpet! We will certainly use them again.
