Dodley, the owner, brought in several toolboxes of specialty devices specifically built for carpet-stretching. He showed us why the carpet had a sizable 'hump' in the middle of the floor, moved furniture as needed to stretch carpeting in two rooms, and then expertly stretched the humps into oblivion. He really knows his craft, was careful to prevent damage, and did the cleanup afterwards. He was fast, and charged a fair price. Carpet looks great now, and he guaranteed his work. A true professional start to finish.

We could not be more satisfied with the service provided. Good communication, showed up on time and gave 2 reasonable estimates for us to choose from based on what we wanted done on the spot. Then Lee (the owner), offered to perform the repair right then and there in front of us so we wouldn't need another appointment. It took maybe 30 minutes and the work is spectacular and he explained the process while he did the repair. We would highly recommend YesSir Services to anyone that has flooring needs.
