Ok; I love this company because the moment we contacted them they came quickly; assessed the situation, we bought a 1940â s house. The wiring was updated but barely met code and was only a 120 w. Weâ d been experiencing flickers etc, then one side of the house completely went out. They were a bit pricey, But we donâ t want to play around with electrical issues. From the moment we sign the contract, these guys sprung into action. They dealt with getting the permits from the city of Eastpoint in a day, set up times for the EP Electric Co. to do their thing, then began the work. Levi worked a full 8 hr. Day never once stopping. Explained everything he was doing. They put in a new box, separated each breaker and amp up to a 220, even labeled each one. Replaced the in ground system, like a lightening rod. And he and his partner added a whole house surge protector. The cost for materials was crazy. $1700 each rod, $300 for the surge protector. Found rod kit online for less than $50 and house protector for $60. Admittedly that kinda was off putting, but since they were very professional, kept me in the loop every step of the way, never stopped except to eat lunch. When done he showed and explained everything. So I guess the cost of not having to do any of the work or get into hassle with the city it was worth it. Going to see if the home insurance will pay for anything, who knows, BTW, everyone my partner showed the invoice to said it was high until they saw the detailed work; so maybe not so bad. But everyone I dealt with was great. I would hire them again. I have a couple of small things Iâ d like done, but gotta save up.

The electrician did great. We're happy with the results. My so-so rating on price is really a reflection of Home Advisor's fixed price policy. When the electrician arrived I was informed that parts were not included. I won't be using the fixed price rate again.

Great customer service and the two electricians were very knowledgeable, strong work ethic, with very professional work. Highly recommend. I have future work to be done after the coronavirus issue. Will use them again. I feel so much safer now with such an older than I have before.

I don’t often give all five stars but this is a company that earned them. Price was fair for a full basement wiring and they went above and beyond to remove old wiring, secure light fixtures, even sealed a small hole my A/C contractor made. Wonderful company and did it all with perfect professionalism.
