They were excellent! They arrived on time and they looked very professional. Since this was their first time cleaning my house, Shirley informed me that it would take a bit longer just to make sure that every area was covered. However, I thought they were fast and very thorough! You can tell they are passionate about their work because of the details they put in the little things. We are still finding places where they organized and straightened items we forgot all about. We will definitely use them again!

I have seen it time and again, promise after promise, year after year, cleaning tech after cleaning tech and ladies, if you have that problem too, CALL SHIRLEY Susen. She's the best in the home cleaning industry in this area. Shirley 's team arrived on time, were polite, professional, efficiently fast and excited about their job. She used products that are pleasing and fresh, the staff are very pet friendly as our pets are our children. I have a lot of wood molding and high ceilings which take time but that was no problem for them. All of our wood was wiped down as others in the industry seemed to feather dust. but I like the wiping processes. To get my husband's approval is incredible and she past with flying colors!

They do an excellent job of cleaning the house and take pride in what they do. They are very friendly and very professional. They accommodate me when I need to change their schedule.

The ladies did a good job. I have a lot of dogs and I need a deep clean every week. I think it was too much for them! They thought six hours would do but after eight hours, I had to stop them. They did not charge me for the extra 2 hours, which I was glad for, but everything was still not cleaned. They are very nice though.

We came home after they cleaned and were shocked at just how haphazard the cleaning was. The first thing we noticed was the couch cover was bunched up and had not been straightened, and when we went to straighten it, it was covered in crumbs and some pet hair, so I guess they just skipped that completely. The carpet in the living room had been vaccumed in the center, but missed entirely around the edges, where there was visible dirt that remained, and honestly looked like it had not be vaccumed for more than 10 seconds. The trash had been emptied, but then they had dumped a full dustpan of dirt into the clean bag and the remainder of a fountain drink had been tossed in there as well, which, as you can imagine, is not the service you expect to find when you come home to what you assume will be a clean house. Other furniture and pillows had not been straightened or cleaned in any way, and had hair and dirt on the seats. The floors were also streaked and sticky after supposedly being mopped. We do not have a large house, 12,00 square feet, and this job took them 90 mins, and they charged us $85, after initially having quoted $120. I felt $120 for less than two hours of work was way beyond what we wanted to pay, and they came down on the price, but I would not have them clean again if it was $20. I know they have some good reviews here, but I honestly have no idea how.

This delightful mother and daughter team arrived on time and ready to work! They did exactly as I requested and left my house spic and span. I highly recommend them. As I live in a gated community, I called in a pass at the gate in advance of their arrival time. When you live in a gated community, you must remember that people cannot gain entrance without a pass. I mention this because they thanked me for the pass, as they had been turned away earlier this week when on the way to another client's home. The client had forgotten to request a pass for them.

Two women meticulously cleaned the house, spotting little details I would have missed. When they were done with what I asked, they continued on cleaning things on my low priority list. They moved so fast I had to need to direct them. I would highly recommend them in the future!

The service was supposed to occur today but due to a lot of communication issues (the company didn't reply to confirm the date of service, they didn't return my call trying to confirm the service several hours before they were supposed to come, didn't notify me that they'd need a pass to get through the gate in our neighborhood, left when they got to the gate and sent me an email stating that they'd left, didn't answer the phone when I called as soon as I got their email, and never offered to turn around, despite having left only 10-15 minutes beforehand by the time they returned my calls.) I've read all their reviews and they do seem like a great company who would have done a really great job with our home, but at this point I'm frustrated and would just like my $75 back if possible. They've offered to reschedule for later this week, which I appreciate, but as I told this company repeatedly, my husband and I both work and my husband took today off specifically for this company to provide a service at our home, and we just don't have time to waste another day of leave from work in case we have these sorts of problems again. They should be transparent on the deal about their scheduling availability. They did indicate they were trying to fit me in though.

The ladies did a fantastic job! They got right to work, and they were very thorough. They were also very pleasant and friendly, taking the time to humor my 16 month old who insisted on playing with both of them! I would definitely recommend them and use their services again!

The ladies showed up on time with smiles on their faces. They show up with great attitudes and keep them all day. The ladies go straight to work and keep a steady pace all day. They are thorough, meticulous, and insure all the little details are attended to. After an entire day of wiping, cleaning, dusting, washing, sweeping, and mopping the house absolutely sparkles! When they were finished, they asked us to walk through to review their efforts, check if they had done all we wanted, and offered to do anything else we might want. They left only after we all agreed everything was super. A great pair of ladies who do a great job at a great price.

They have been working for me for about six months. They spent about an hour and forty-five minutes on the job each time they come. Two people come to complete the housecleaning and they bring their own supplies. Sometimes you may have to explain some attentions to detail to them. They have been doing a great job!

I have been using their services for a couple of months. The same two people come each time for the job and they are very professional. They always arrive on time and they call before their arrival. They have great communication. For the service they do and how they get the house in order, their price is excellent! They are very trustworthy and you don’t have to worry about anything being misplaced or broken. Also, their work is impeccable. Anytime they are cleaning my home, I know it is going to be a great job. When they walk out of a house, everything is done and the house smells great!

I have been using their services for about two and half years. The same crew of two comes on each visit. They bring their own supplies including a vacuum cleaner. What I like most about them is their consistently in getting my house cleaning. I love them and they are phenomenal.

I have using their services for about 7 months. Every cleaning crew I have had has broken stuff of mine. So far, 2 Ladies & A Mop has never broken anything. They bring all of the cleaning supplies needed except for a garbage bag. I like them!
