Description of Work: Phone calls go directly to voice mail. Very difficult to schedule an appointment. Were promised to be here at 8:00 AM and did not arrive until 12:30. Window cleaners were competent and did a good job, but the hassle of scheduling was really not acceptable.

Description of Work: Provider called to let me know they were on the way. We discussed what was going to be washed taking into consideration concerns I might have. There were stains that could not be removed because of how long they have been there. Provider did they best he could to deal with them. I'm very happy with this company.

Description of Work: The company showed up to pressure wash the deck (actually before the scheduled time) and did a good job with that portion of the "deal". The complete deal was to return to seal the deck (per the worker, approximately 3 - 5 days later). There was no rain within that time period, so I expected the company to show up and finish the job. They never showed, and there has been no communication as to when they would come back. | |As far as the rating I am giving them ("C" overall), I feel that I am being more than generous. The "D" for the price is because they only did half the job. 50% really equates to an "F".

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters and left my yard a mess! I was very disappointed when I came home, and saw all of the gross stuff out of my gutters all over my garden and yard. I was so disappointed and upset. I didn't even have time to clean it because I was going out of town the next day. I will never use them again. Not only that but I ordered this months before they contacted me, so I finally called them and all the lady could tell me so they were "suppose" to send me a form that never came...

Description of Work: A horrible experience - I would NOT recommend Waterworks Pressure Cleaning. Deck was supposed to be pressure washed and stained. Pressure washing was fine Months later deck was spray painted, not rolled, stain was left on walkway, hose container, doors, etc. Waterworks Pressure Cleaning would schedule a service date, then reschedule - once or twice is reasonable - over 5 times is NOT. Waterworks Pressure Cleaning did not arrive on the date finally set - Waterworks Pressure Cleaning came a few days later without any notice (started around 6:00 p.m. in the late afternoon - we were having supper while work was done). Afterwards, Waterworks Pressure Cleaning sent me a bill for services WITHOUT GIVING ME A PRIOR QUOTE OR OBTAINING MY CONSENT TO "ADDITIONAL SERVICES" - The bill was later reduced by more than 50%.

Description of Work: I notified this company that I must be home to control the large dog via email 3 times and asked for a cleaning date before June 4th when I purchased the service. I never received an email or phone call to schedule they just showed up and clean half of my gutters. I called and spoke to their rep who assured me that I would receive a call back. They scheduled another cleaning July 10th and I cancel it because I could not be home to control the large dog. And last week the office was closed. I recommend they improve their communications procedure with their customers.
