Description of Work: Started gutter cleaning but the downspouts were iced. I was informed that they would return on a warmer day.Spoke with Walter next day and complained that the workers left a mess on my deck and left the downspout in front of my garage door.I was promised a few dollars off for my troubles, since I had to do the cleanup. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: They never showed up although I paid upfront. Because it was raining they said there was a delay in schedule. Then appointments were made and they never showed up. It was too late to get my money back when I contacted Angie's list.

Description of Work: After I took advantage of this special in the spring of 2015, I received a message via Angie's List that the company was very backed up and would contact me when the schedule was free. I have not heard from WaterWorks since that time. If someone wants a service that has been offered, good business sense would dictate that the business at least stay in touch with the potential customer, even if the service cannot be delivered immediately. I am making other arrangements.
