My experience with them was good. The Deal was $30 or $35 and then I had to spend another $30 because of the size of my house. I did not realize that I have just done more in order to get my house done.

I reached out to the service provider after purchasing this deal and was told could not schedule until the deal offered expired. I did not hear back from the service provider until a week after the initial call, at that time received an email provided additional cost to the work, and I decided to end the deal due to expectancy of the additional charges that I thought was apart of the deal.

They took a while to schedule me BUT the wait was well worth it. House looks great. Gutters cleaned and checked, Ernie called me before he arrived to house and after the visit to tell em exactly how everything went. These guys are all GREAT.

There was just to much fine print and It would have cost more money.

Brent (technician) was very pleasant and professional. Billing was not what I expected. There may have been a misunderstanding on my part.

Scheduling was easy. They were advertising to clean gutters and I have gutter guards. Instead of just cleaning them out, they pressure washed them. The cost was very fair. They did a good job.

Scheduling was fine. They were able to come out within a reasonable about of time and they were punctual to the appointment. They completed the job in about three hours. I thought that the price was fair. Our experience with them was good.

Everything was great, and they did a wonderful job. The two-man crew showed on time, they did a thorough cleaning, and they were properly equipped for each cleaning. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable, and they communicated well during the entire project.

I gave 3 dates for service and they never showed. They called me on the last service date and said they were running a week behind. I don't have time to wait. I will hire someone else and need an immediate refund.

I purchased a Big Deal with them, and they sent me a form to fill out to choose some dates for the appointment. I sent it back to them, and they never followed up. I tried to call them, and only got an answering maching, with no returned call.

Attempted to schedule the work with the company but they could not fit me in within my time frame. Getting a refund on Big Deal.

My biggest issue is they do not clean up after themselves without an additional fee. This, in my opinion, should always be included in a homeowner bid.

Gutters looked great. Staff was on time and professional. I would definitely use Waterworks Pressure Cleaning for my gutter cleaning again. They had previously pressure cleaned our driveway and did a great job as well.

I met the owner at a family reunion and he said if I ever needed anything to give him a call. When I got home, I noticed that my gutters needed cleaning so I called to see if he did gutter cleaning. He said he would clean my gutters for me. While he was there, he also cleaned my driveway as well. It made it look new. I was very impressed with the quick response time and quality of his work. Very nice young man.

Everything looks amazing! I never thought my driveway would come so clean. My house looks new again! I'm very please with the service. Will definitely use Waterworks again!

I was at work and the drive was cleaned when I returned. Don't know how long it took for them to complete the job. The driveway is concrete and it was bright white when done.
