Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

I would have preferred to have been home, but they seemed pretty full since it appears they sold alot of these coupons via Angie's list. As far as I can tell, work was done, but really do not know how well since I wasn't home and didn't see leaves/debris removed.

They arrived as stated. They blew off the roof and cleaned the gutters. They then cleaned up the mess. Nice job!

They arrived on time and performed the work as scheduled. Were very professional.

Took a while to get service scheduled. They showed up today (one person). Truck was not marked with company logo (maybe he was a sub contractor). Was not clear if bagging debris was included in the price or not, but do not believe he did that. Workman left debris in gutters, pine straw and leaves hanging from Christmas lights. He used blower to complete the job, but we have debris in bushes and on windowsill ledges. Did not do a good job cleaning up area around the house. Needless to say we are very unhappy and will not use this provider again. We are also not happy with the fact that we paid for this service at least a month ago and just now had service performed. Service providers should only be paid when services are rendered, not in advance. We will not be participating in any future deals if this is the way they are paid.

There were extra costs involved because I have a basement.

They did a good job. They added some additional services for us for additional pricing. We were pleased with the services overall. There were some challenging areas that were missed.

I purchased the angie deal around the first of December and then filled out an online questionnaire about the house and then waited and waited. I was finally told I was on the schedule three weeks later only to get a call the day the service was to take place (the 21st) and told I did not make the schedule. My experience with these angie specials in general has been pretty lousy.

The company seems very responsive and organized. After I bought the AL deal, they let me know by email how the process worked and when they would follow up with my appointment time. The communication was very helpful. I wasn't at home when the work was done, and I did not go on the roof to check the gutters, but it appears that everything was done on the scheduled day. I had gutters cleaned for $114 (that includes the AL deal for $69, plus added charges for a 2-story house with a basement). I had gutter covers removed for $35. 6 windows were cleaned for $50.I'm not familiar with the going rates for these types of services, but it was convenient having one service provider do it all. The price might not have been the cheapest, but I think was reasonable and fair. Depending on pricing and available deals, I would use this business again.

I was amazed how sparkling cleaned my windows looked. I have never had them professionally cleaned before. I am saving my money so I can set up my next appointment. Excellent service!

We got it resolved as they had all these add-ons. They kept adding on to the price and then it was not even a discount. They left some debris in the yard that they cleaned out of the gutters and that I could see on my roof line. The guy was professional.

Great job. Plan on using them at least once, probably twice a year to maintain gutters. Will probably use pressure washing services in the Spring.

The provider stated I did not have to be there for the work. I shortly found out why, once the work was done. I was told this would be a hand-washed cleaning. My neighbor saw the provider do the work and stated he just blew the debris from the gutter. The debris ended up all over my deck and patio furniture. I will not use this provider again.

There was good communication and they came the day they said that they would. Came ready to go to work and completed the job very quickly.

They did great job! They cleaned off both decks and cleaned the walkway for me also. They went way above and beyond for me.

I purchased the coupon to clean my gutters the beginning of November, with the suggested cleaning dates 11/11 or 11/12. I was told they would get back to me to confirm a date. Weeks went by and no word. I called again and was told again; they would get back to me. Several days later and still no word I decided to contact them through Angie's List. It was only then, that I got a positive response and a date scheduled. They arrived within the 3-5 pm time frame scheduled, but in December (a month later) and told me to fill out a review form. My reply was to inform them I would submit a review after the work was done. they refused to accept the $69.00 coupon and the $15.00 clean up fee stating I would be billed for their services. Learning from my past mistakes I contacted them via Angie's List asking for a bill. They responded with a copy of an invoice and a statement saying that the bill would follow shortly. This was on 12-9-14. As of 12-16-14 I'm still waiting for the "Bill", The workers came, cleaned my gutters, and left, which is what I asked them to do. However the professionalism of the company leaves something to be desired.

The following is a copy of an email I sent to Waterworks Pressure Cleaning: "Representatives from your company cleaned (or made an attempt to clean) my gutters today. After the first cleaning the following discrepancies were noted: 1. One of the gutters was not cleaned. 2. Debris blown out of the gutters was all over the roof. I pointed that out to one of the workers and he said he would take care of it! After he left I inspected the areas in question and discovered that the debris had only been spread around with the blower and not cleaned off. The roof was clean before the gutters were cleaned. I understood that I would have to pay extra to have the roof cleaned, but surly not for the debris blown from the gutters! 3. All the gutters I could observe from the 2nd floor of the residence still had debris in them. 4. Debris from the driveway was blown into the garage, around and underneath the car and other items. I called your office immediately after the workers had left and I pointed out the above discrepancies. I was assured that they would be corrected both by the rep in the office and, later, in a phone conversation with the worker. They did return while I was away and made another stab at it. Items 2 and 3 above were still not resolved and 4 could not be because the garage door was closed. Number 1 was resolved, however, there was still debris in the gutter. When I paid to have the gutters cleaned, I expected all the debris to be removed from the gutters and the roof like it was before the cleaning. My expectations were not met. I had hoped that after I gave your company a second opportunity to get it right, you would have got it right, but that was not to be!" I received an email response which basically was an apology that my expectations were not met. They certainly did not offer to come out as many times as it took to get the job done properly. I would not recommend this company! After a discussion with the company rep, I agreed to change a couple if items. In defense of my position, the pictures that were sent did not show the debris left in my gutters.

They are arrived at the schedule time. The work was done In a timely manner with care not to damage my plants etc. my plants and outside items were placed back in Their proper places after the work was done. When I arrived. Back home I could not believe how great my house looked.

They were very responsive. We communicated via email after the purchase. We don’t need their services at this time.

They did not call. They did not show up at expected time. Had to pay additional $$ to get service elsewhere. HORRIBLE.

I did not use the service; it got too complicated: only gutters on first or 2nd story could be cleaned at special price. 3rd story extra; blowing leaves off rood would be extra; deck blown would be extra; soon the price was more than my regular guy who did the roof, deck and driveway all rolled into one price.

I purchased the gutter cleaning service for $69.00. Because my house was larger than 2500 square feet, there were additional charges that would have made this not such a big deal for me. I decided not to have the service done after all.

After some hiccups in communication, they provided the service I purchased and did a professional job.

I was VERY disappointed that the "Deal" did not include items that I would consider essential were ALL extra. "Extras" Like: cleaning the leaves off the roof above the gutters before cleaning; them bagging the debris; hauling off the debris: REALLY?? This is NOT a good deal!

Signed up for special promotion: Coupon Code: Gutters 1659081-1 Informed them of dates of desired service. They did not schedule or offer a date of service, but instead stated: they would "get back" to this homeowner to clean gutters when special closed. When special did close they informed this purchaser of their special that it would be at least two weeks to even provide a date for gutter cleaning and that they had a total of 6000 responses altogether. They provided a lot of words, but never a date of intended service or that any of this was going on and then informed this purchaser that he should contact Angie's List for a refund. I also asked them to call me too. But they never did even when a phone number "404-694-0146" was provided.
