They were here today. They didn’t call me before they came. They knocked at the door and by the time I came down they were gone. I am assuming he did it. He was here on the roof doing stuff. Before I I had the gutters cleaned there were things growing out of them. I am looking at them now from the street and I no longer see things growing out of them. In the past when they did my gutters, my roof had been blown off and not just the gutter so that’s a little odd. He was here for less than half an hour. When I looked out of the window there was just a white unmarked vehicle in my driveway. There was no notice that he even came. If I hadn’t been at home to hear it; somebody rang my doorbell. It was a big deal purchase. Their price was amazing. At least he did clear out the thing that had been growing in it.

I am very impressed with the responsiveness of Waterworks. I was a bit leery at first that everything was taking place via email and website forms, but in the end, it was much more convenient. I entered my preferred dates and received confirmation of a appointment just a few days later. They arrived promptly on the morning of my appointment and I received a call that the work was done. I inquired if any pictures were taken of the gutters, to which they stated they don't usually do that. I said that's fine, it wasn't a service that I was expecting. Within 10 minutes, I had pictures texted to me of all my clean gutters! Amazing Customer Service. I hate that I didn't get the technician's name, but he certainly will make me use Waterworks again.

Scheduling was very easy. Contractor cleaned roof in addition to gutters without charging extra. Area around the house was clear of leaf debris after service.

Our former residence was up 'for sale', but it was vacant. We scheduled the service and we received several emails regarding the service options and then received the potential date to be completed. It was done on 12/16/14. The only issue we had, was asking for a call when completed so we could pass the information on to our realtor. So we just made the call a day or two later to verify it had been done. Received bill for the additional work in a very short time period. So I found the company to be very professional, informative and reasonable.

There was no one home at the time but they cleaned the gutters swept the deck and removed all of the debris. Very satisfied.

Contacted by e-mail about 3 days after I bought the coupon asking for patience as they were dealing with high demand due to the discount. About a week after the purchase I was sent an e-mail survey to complete with my preferences for scope of work and scheduling. I originally scheduled the service for December, the month I purchased the coupon. I was contacted by e-mail a few days later stating my service date would be 12/23. I received a confirmation e-mail the Friday before the service. On the day of 12/23, I got an e-mail saying they were rescheduling to 12/26 because of rainy weather. On the 26th, the cleaner arrived around 9:45 and rang the doorbell. He confirmed the services we requested and got to work. It took him about an hour. He said we would be billed for the additional services (roof cleaning and debris pick up). The work was done well and I am satisfied.
