Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

The service went well. I paid an additional $15 for some minor repairs. One technician came out and completed the job in under an hour and a half. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Showed up on time, was very professional and did an excellent job. He did not rush through the job although it was cold outside.

It was good, although the home owner should make measurement of square footage, other wise we have to rely on the approximation by the service provider, and it would have been nice if few squares of sidewalk were washed as well (requested,offered at additional cost), now the few squares of sidewalk in the front look off color than the washed area.

On time and driveway and sidewalk looks brand new. Very happy.

It worked out good. They did what they were supposed to. I think they did not last the whole day to finish the work. The guy came, rang the doorbell then cleaned...it probably took them 30 to 45 minutes.

I checked the gutters on the back of the house yesterday and it appears that they haven't even been touched. The gutters are full of leaves. This is completely Unacceptable !

Waterworks scheduled the windows online and then offered to do the gutters for an up-charge. We emailed back and forth a couple of times with a very quick response from them to add the gutters. We were out of town when the work was done and were delighted to come home to a shiny clean house. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased the big deal. They came and did something but I wasn't here. There was really no feedback so I guess they did the job but it wasn't what I expected. What I really put in the email was I wanted my fence gate handle repaired and they never called back. I haven't gotten it done and I have to find somebody else to do that. I should have been home when they came out because that way it would have been a little more conversational but they kind of insisted that was the only day they could come out so I just let them come. Their pricing was great. I think it was more the communication part that I'm struggling with. I really got no communication or no feedback because usually they call and say what they did and what they recommend but it was none of that. It was $99, it was like these electricians where they come and do a specific job but if they see something else they might say what they recommend but with Waterworks there was just no feedback. I just felt like they were a little disconnected with their customers.

They did a good job of cleaning the patio to begin with. My patio looks very good.

They sent me a form to fill out outlining my availability, and when I sent that back in I received another email form to fill out additional information and even when I fill these out they keep resending me the form as if they are not processing the information. I have still yet to be contacted by them after two weeks of trying to get this scheduled. Also, when I call them, I get an automated receptionist machine and cannot get ahold of anyone to discuss the issue.

It was very good. They were very good and professional. I paid a few bucks more apart from the big deal but I was totally satisfied with their service.

They were late, but they did a very nice job. I was very happy with the end result.

Good email communication. Didn't pay for bagging leaves, this service should be included. Didn't pressure wash, especially downspouts so don't know for sure if they are unclogged.

I probably would recommend them as far as cleaning the gutters. They had a young kid that did the work and he was telling me that I only had one side of my house that actually had leaves in it, because the other areas, the trees weren't close enough of the leaves or anything to fall in, so he had a pretty big job. I just wasn't aware that it was about the trees near at the house when I had it done, but even if he got one part of the house gutter cleaning, that was good.

Arrived about 7:45 and finished about 10:00. Was working steadily the entire time. Went just fine.

The service turned out good once he got here. We had a hard time getting them out here which we talked to him about. I gave him three dates that would be good for us and he did not get in touch with us and confirm anyone of those days. After I got in touch with Angie’s List and told them we needed a date, he got in touch with me and we filled out a form. He came out and he was a really nice young man and did a good job. So, my only complaint with him was getting him out here. We told him that and he said he knew and admitted that it is one of his failings. So, I am hoping that he will do something about that. There were no additional fees to the $89 Big Deal. I would certainly tell them that they needed to make a date and tell them to stick to it. I would tell them to tell us exactly when they are coming out because we have things to do also. Other than that, I would highly recommend him. He was really delightful.

We we had removed all the window screens to make the job easier and to get cleaner windows. We also discussed the gutter situation and the need or lack thereof , to clean them ( gutter guards). It was decided to have them cleaned , along with the downspouts. After doing the work, Matthew reassured us that the gutters were clear and in good condition, as were the windows and locks. This was good news to hear.

Everything was great. Done thoroughly and professionally.

Service turnaround time was very quick, but I was shocked to learn that the technicians simply showed up at my secondary property, where my mother-in-law resides, rather than contacting me to let me know a date and window of time, as I intended to be present to be able to understand the work performed and ask any questions, particularly as I am the property owner. I gave my mother-in-law a list of the services to be performed. She did see them blowing debris out of gutters and repaired the one spot we'd specifically noticed water running through improperly. Otherwise, I can't fully validate what was or wasn't performed, although she indicated that she did not see the gutters being flushed. Additionally, while the leakage appears to be mostly corrected, we are keeping an eye on it, as she did still see some pooling of water around the same place near the foundation yesterday, so we may need to follow up with this company for repair. Overall, the inexpensive price made this a decent value, but it just felt impersonal and like I was one of a large volume of customers all being serviced very quickly.

It was ok. I told them I wanted them to bag the waste. One person did and the other left it on the ground. They cleaned it up when they saw the waste. They were quick to come out.

They never contacted me via phone or message center.

Very pleased with service. They stayed in contact with me through the whole scheduling process, which was a pleaseure. Work went well and I will most likely use them again in the future.
