Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

Crew showed up clean, well dressed, and with all the equipment needed to complete the gutter cleaning of a 2 story home. Jason, the chief, introduced himself and his crew, and ask if there was anything that required special attention. He and his crew began work immediately, and finished in about 30 mins. the quality of the work was excellent, and they cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. I was very pleased, and will reuse them.

The guy did an outstanding job. He came when he said he would. He took his time with each window and was patient. He asked us to look over the job after he was done. He made sure we were satisfied. He explained how the system works. He was extremely friendly and nice. He told us to have a nice weekend as he left. I was impressed with his hard work. I will definitely use them again. I give them an A+.

Waterworks was very efficient getting scheduling details out quickly then keeping us informed when inclement weather caused them to need to reschedule.

Originally scheduled for early February but weather caused several delays. No fault there. Once they were able to come out (early March), they told us they're ladders were not long enough for our roof. I do not want them doing the job without being safe. I would not be upset except for the fact that I told them, twice, that one side of our house was 3 stories (basement + 2 floors to roof). I expected to have to pay extra due to the height as was disclosed in both electronic form I filled out, one of which was their form. Well, I would have expected earlier notification or communication if a 28 foot roof line was going to be a problem for them so I could arrange another company.

The two men were professional and on time. They did the job well. Thank you. Plan to use again..

Gutters were cleaned. Roof was supposed to be cleaned but the guys doing the job said they couldn't get to it for some reason. I was still invoiced for the roof cleaning a few weeks later, but they quickly adjusted the invoice after I explained the situation and provided pictures. The guys doing the work were very young and seemed quite inexperienced. I'm guessing that gutter and roof cleaning were new services offered by the company to keep revenues up during the winter months when few people want pressure cleaning. I have had my gutters and roof cleaned several times by other companies and no one has had any problems "getting to" my roof to clean it.

Great, on time, completed work quickly.

The additional $15 charge for "debris removal" was uncalled for. The price for gutter cleaning should include this basic service, however I had made the purchase and did not want to have to clean up after them. I expected more from Angie's list screening process.

The provider stayed in touch with me via e-mail and phone. They did the work on schedule as weather allowed. They did excellent work.

I was advised the day prior to their arrival. The workers called as they entered the subdivision. They used hands and blowers to clean the gutters, giving additional attention to areas of concern. The young men were communicative and polite.

Showed up did the job. Windows look nice. I was concerned that little water drops were left at the bottom of the windows but they have dried up and all went well. I really like that they sent me emails to let me know what was happening with my time slots, since I had purchased this service months in advance. I do recommend the company and purchasing any deals that pop up for services you know you will need in the future!

It turned out fine. They accommodated needed scheduling changes due to my schedule. I did ask, when they came out, for a quote to pressure wash the fence and back deck and but have not received a quote.

After purchasing this service on Angie's list. I filled out and submitted the contractors on-line form in which I put in some dates (the following week) that would work for me. The company never contacted me. Weeks went by. I contacted the company. They responded that someone would follow up and schedule the appt. Weeks went by and again no one has contacted me. At this point I don't trust this company and do not want them on my property. I want my $75 back. This is just the second purchase I have made through Angie's list. The first purchase I have not used yet either but it's due to me not needing the service yet. So, this really is my first experience with an Angie's list contractor. I'm anxious to see how Angie's list handles this. Thank, [removed]

The technician Matthew did a wonderful job. His professionalism started before he arrived, he called as I asked so that I could make sure our dogs were inside before he opened the gate. He made sure that I understood the process. Also Matthew made sure he understood how our gates worked so that he could return everything to its proper place. The outside of our windows had not been cleaned in some time as this has become more difficult for us. When Matthew realized that my husband was a Veteran he asked me to thank him for his service. He provided me with an ad and coupon so that I knew what services they offered incase I needed them in the future. I do plan to use the company again. Thank you very much Matthew and Waterworks.

Service personnel was punctual, presentable, courteous, and accommodating. Work was performed to my satisfaction.

They came out and blew out the gutters and left. They didnt run any water or anything through it.

I didn’t go through with the service due to the deal being for a smaller home. After all the add ons the cost more than doubled.

They did a great job. The scheduling was easy. They did the job while I was not at home.

It turned out pretty good. I purchased a Big Deal and I think they came out within a couple of weeks.

It was okay. It was so hard for them get there when they originally scheduled, but eventually they did come then they got pushy on trying to get us fill out on more paperwork and give them a review ans sign a bunch of stuff. The work was okay. I noticed there were some leaves left in the gutter and not enough to block the gutter but it was not done 100 percent and then they got pushy at the end. So it was worth the $69 but I'm glad I didn't pay $200 for it. They kept us informed of what was going on.

They were unable to connect with me at all until it was convenient for them, and when I finally heard from them, it seemed like they wanted a lot of information and there were extra charges for everything. I didn't have a very good feeling about the service after that, so I decided to go with someone else. It's offputting when they refuse to communicate until their deal is sold out.
