Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

Tried to bill me for more money after the work was done (a month later). I never agreed to anything extra, neither in writing nor verbally. Ruined two hose reels, and did not even say anything to me about it.

I have not been able to schedule the work. I have made a number of calls and requests and now the deal is about to expire. And I'm really not happy with this situation. At this point I don't want to do business with them.

Everything went just fine. I didn't have any problems with them. There didn't seem to be any issues. I didn't personally inspect anything, but there's been no issues and I would use them again.

This went very well for me. They came and let me know they were there and starting their work and then let me know when they were done. They completed this job to my satisfaction.

Matthew is extremely polite & pleasant as he performed his services for BB windows. He was on time, carefully covered his shoes while inside. We loved him!

Unfortunately all of my gutters were not cleaned. The smallest section of gutter that I needed cleaned was not touched. No note or phone call was made to let me know that they could/would not clean this section . This particular section was the sole motivator for me to hire someone to clean my gutters. I have sent a message to the company with no response as of yet. Wife is really disappointed.

It was difficult to get ahold of them to schedule.

He was supposed to contact me by the third of this month. I was not contacted, I ended up calling him. I told him I had not been contacted and he told me it was sent by email. I have no record of the email, maybe it never came through. He told me he would send a survey to my email. Nothing came through again. I called him back and told him I did not want to go through anymore loops and asked for a refund. He was very polite about the whole thing and told me to contact Angie’s List for the refund.

I contacted them and they stated it would be about 4 days before they could come out. My schedule didn't coincide, so unfortunately I had to cancel and get the refund. They were very professional with me over the phone and I will consider them for future service.

Waterworks? scheduling process is ?automated based on address?. They call you and tell you when they?ll be at your home. Consequently, the customer?s scheduling preferences ? in my case, I had company coming - cannot be taken into consideration. Also, each service Waterworks provides is scheduled separately. If, for example, you request gutter cleaning, window washing and driveway powerwashing as I did, don?t expect a crew to perform all three services on the same day or even close to the same day. As to how this scheduling method actually works, suffice to say that it took a month after my purchase of a gutter cleaning BigDeal to actually get the work done; several calls and an email to Waterworks went unanswered. The rationale was ?weather delays? but Waterworks admits that scheduling is approximately ?two weeks out? regardless of weather. Add a couple days of rain, and you could be looking at a month or more to get the job done. And if the day you are assigned an appointment is not convenient for you, you are rescheduled - again at least two weeks out. When it finally was scheduled, the gutter cleaning was poorly done; there are several gutters I can see from inside the house and they have a lot of debris left in them. In the worst case, the crew blew debris out of the gutter onto my roof and left it there, as well as a goodly amount of debris left in the gutter itself. Unfortunately this gutter is right outside one of my upstairs windows so the mess is very visible from inside the house. I told Jonathan (Waterworks' owner) about this and even sent him a picture; he apologized, told me he had "spoken to" the crew, but made no offer to come back and clean it properly. I had also requested window washing which also took a month to get done, but at least was done well. I ultimately canceled the request for power washing since Jonathan's offer of "the evening of Saturday, March 24" was not acceptable to me and I really didn't want to wait another two, three or more weeks to get the work done. Jonathan told me with a great deal of pride how much his business has grown since he began it. Unfortunately, if the level of service doesn?t keep up with a business? growth, the growth won?t last very long.

Easy scheduling. Two workers showed up as scheduled. WOW! Amazing job!!

It has been months of cancelations and rescheduling. I have decided not to use the deal.

They were quick, efficient and friendly. I did not schedule appointment my husband did. I was home when work was completed.

They did an excellent job of cleaning my gutters.

Arrived on time, professionally completed the work and cleaned up after themselves.

I called the company to schedule service and was told by the owner that they do not schedule any service from Angie's list deals until the deal is unavailable on Angie's list. I told the owner that this should be told in the description of service on Angies list befire someone purchases the offer. I told him this was poor business. The owner got mad and said I will give you a refund and I told him I want one. He said also call Angies List and cancel the offer for a refund. I called Angies a List and told the representative what happened and She issued a refund. I was told that this was not the kind of service that Angies List expected from its providers. The representative found me another gutter service for basically the same price. 5Star guttter cleaners. They called and came out the next day. I did not have any issues with them. I do not recommend using a comapny that does business the way that Waterworks operates. They want to make sure that they get a list from Angies List stating you bought the service before they do anything. When you purchase a service on Angies List you get a code and the provider gets the code, your name and contact information. This is the verification you purchased the deal. I have bought many deals on Angies List and this is the first time I have ever had this happy. Just because someone has a "A" rating does not mean they don't have some bad reviews. Be sure to read the bad along with the good. This gives you a better idea of the kind of service you will get! Horrible experience. Do not use the comapny.

2 young men, polite, did the job well. Blew off leaves on deck and front steps. No complaints!

After cancellations due to weather, service was completed satisfactorily.

The last response I got from them through the Message Center was on the 25th and they said they were working on a schedule and it's now the 30th and it's still not scheduled, and they have not reached out to me either.

When i first contacted them they told me they were swamped with work and will get back at me. To this day i haven't heard anything from them after calling numerous times their voicemail was also full

They came and cleaned all of our windows in our home. We have a three level house and they were done in about 2 hours.Great job and very professional. After completing the work they asked my wife to inspect it to make sure that she was happy and Happy she was. Great job.

The work performed was excellent. The pressure washed areas looked newer than I have seen them in years. The only thing I can say negatively was that mud was sprayed up on the mailbox post and not rinsed off, the same with the front door area. I had replaced and painted the post myself not too long beforehand and the house was on the market so I wanted to make as a good of an impression as possible. These are minor issues though that were easily rectified.
