Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

So I paid a bit more for the third story I have in the back of my house but they did an amazing job. Windows were cleaned on the outside - he couldn't get to two windows so he cleaned my doors to make up for them :) Was contacted when they were on the way, when the arrived and when service was complete.

Good - service was good & technicians were able to give a good report on condition of gutters and were polite and professional.

I was not able to get them scheduled in time I needed, so I got my refund with Angie's List.

I purchased one of their big deals on Angie's list on April 7. When their crew didn't show up on the dates I indicated as my preferred dates and times, I called their office and left a message asking for a call back. I also emailed them twice. They never responded. They emailed me on April 16 without any prior discussion telling me that my appointment was scheduled for May 11, more than a month after my purchase. I called their office and explained that the work needed to be done sooner because I was putting my house on the market. Their customer representative told me that they could have the work done either on Tuesday or Friday of the following week. No show on Tuesday. On Friday I called their office and talked to another person who told me that the other person forgot to schedule my work order. I was promised the second time that their crew would arrive in the afternoon but no show at 5 pm. Nobody was available when I called their office more than dozen times between 4 and 5 pm.

It was satisfactory. They charge extra for removing the debris from the roof. They also charge extra for a 2 story with basement. The deck and front porch were blown off, so that was good.

I am very displeased with the service I received from Waterworks Pressure Cleaning. First, of a all this 19 year old worker shows up and tells me that he doesn't like cleaning gutters. He supposedly cleaned 6 gutters in less than 10 minutes (My gutters haven't been cleaned out in 10 years and it takes 10 minutes I don't think so. (There is nothing but trees in the back of my home) I was in the back of my home and the worker climbs on top of the roof and less than 2-3 minutes he proceeds to climb down and I said to him you haven't cleaned any gutters. He then proceeds to go back to one of the gutters and starts to clean it out. Really! I had to tell him to clean the gutters that's what I paid for. Anyway he starts cleaning out the gutters throwing goop straight down on my newly filled flowerbeds instead of throwing the stuff away from my home. On another gutter which was at eye level looking down from my deck he proceeds to clean it and asks me how is that. I tell him that's not clean can't you see all the leaves still in there. I asked him don't you need to rinse the gutter out he then asks to use a hose. I can't believe I had to tell him all this. This is suppose to be his job. He then shows me some pictures of gutters totally cleaned I didn't see him take those pictures as far as I know it could have been someone else's cleaned gutters.I am totally disappointed with the service I received and I will NEVER EVER use this company again and I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anybody. Totally unprofessional !!!!

Sent one worker. After one month had passed, it was obvious that this company did a bad job. Had to call in another Gutter Cleaning Service. They said gutters were still full of debris. Gutters in highest places were not even touched.

Had to change date of service a few times due to weather.

It went really well. My windows are very clean.

I just wanted to add to my review that although I rated them an F in my first review - they were gracious enough to realize that they did not do the second part of their Big Deal agreement which was to seal my deck and check it for any issues in a timely manner so that it had to be redone by someone else. Therefore, they agreed to give me a $100 credit voucher - which was about half the cost of the Big Deal - toward any future service from their company with no time limit to its use. I really appreciated that, as a company, they stepped up to the plate, and I especially want to thank Jonathan Phillips who handled my complaint.

Courteous young guys came, two trips, first to pressure wash, then to stain deck. They did good work.

From the start everything went well. They cleaned the debris from the gutters that was in the yard and around the deck.

It was fine. The only problem for me was scheduling. Everything was on email, so they gave me dates, they didn't stick to it, one date and then another date. They were good. The work was good. We had more windows, they charged for doors, they charge for this and that. It looked good. They were very nice. In terms of the work, I think they did a very good job. In terns of getting them to come here. I think they should call me, do it over the phone and fine the date. Sometimes I'm not on email that I check every minute. I think I needed to be here. If I were on a meeting or something, I put my cellphone off, they're going to get here and they're going to find me 59 windows and they need the authorization, they're not going to get a hold of me. I;m not sure if I would use them again because of the scheduling. In terms of what they did, it was a good price. I think they're pretty much whet everybody else is in terms of what the pricing is. They were on time which is always a plus for me.

After no initial response, I emailed requesting that someone contact me. They told me that they had emailed me a form (they had not) but if I didn't have form they would re-send it. I asked that they resend it and then didn't hear from them.

Just making the initial appointment was challenging. It was hard to reach anyone in person and their response time to messages left via email was long or not at all. Phone was not much better. Communications with this company were definitely frustrating. We had our appointments rescheduled multiple times due to weather, which was not their fault, but the first appointment time they no showed with no call and after that we had to continuously follow up with them to get and confirm the new appointment times. When they did finally show up, they were an hour late (they were supposed to show up between 10a.m. and 1p.m. and finally arrived at 2p.m. with no call to let us know they were running late). They seemed to do a fine job on the gutter cleaning, but the house pressure washing was terrible. We have decided to cancel our last appointment for window washing with them and start over with another company. Angie's List is not re-imbursing us for our coupon for the window washing because we are outside the 30 day cancellation period. BUT, the only reason we are outside that window is because this company was so difficult to schedule with, no showed on us, and rescheduled multiple times with us. We started trying to book our appointment with them almost immediately after buying the Angie's List coupon but it took weeks until they finally showed up to do the work.

No contact for weeks after placing order. I kept trying to contact them. I put a porposed date and time on line and they never responded. More weeks. I paid on Feb 16 and it is now APRIL 21!!!!!!!! Finally they scheduled for April 20. No other contact. I stayed home all day and waited for them. Evidently they showed up April 21 and called my cell saying they couldn't do the work because I wasn't home. Is this intended to be a ripoff? clinet just gets tired and gives up? How do I get refund from Angie's list?

I've called and emailed and I have not been able to get anyone to schedule me.

The professionalism of this company is horrible. I purchased a deal in February for pressure washing and sealing of my deck with the expectation that services would be performed during that month. I did not hear anything for at least two weeks, at which point I was asked to fill out an online form. The form mentioned I would need to pay extra for each deck stair, which was never mentioned or disclosed in the deal. Further, I asked many questions in the form regarding the service which were not answered despite my additional follow-ups via email and phone after the form. I was only able to get in touch with someone once via phone. They could not answer any of my questions and promised that someone could call me soon - that never happened. Further, upon filling out the form my service was supposed to be schedule for March. The service was not performed in March, nor could I get in touch with anyone about it. The service was finally performed in April when they called at the last minute saying they were showing up to perform the service. The pressure washing was done well, but I am honestly not even sure if they sealed the deck like they were supposed to. Finally, they left equipment in my yard after performing the services. They did not call me about picking it up, just showed up, went into my yard, and picked it up the next day. They even left my gate open afterwards. Really horrible service, the worst I've ever had on Angie's List. I'm not sure how they are still in business if they treat all customers this way.

They were very nice, friendly, and flexible in scheduling. However, the window washing consists of spraying the windows with water (no glass cleaner/soap/etc). They explain the water is "purified" and leaves no water spots. Not sure how 'pure' the water is -- they appeared to have gotten it from my garden hose. They do not squeegee the windows -- just leave them to air-dry -- so we have water spots on all our windows after they dried. Waterworks -- very nice people, pretty bad product. Not recommended.

gutters were cleaned. They do charge extra to bag the debris and haul it away. Seems to take care with the shrubbery not to trample it too much.

Did a good job and was professional.

We bought the big deal but it cost more because there were 3 levels involved. My husband was here when they came, I wasn't, but he said everything went well.

It went great. They were very helpful and offered to provide estimates for additional work.
