Waterworks Pressure Cleaning

Okay. Matthew promised spots would dry clean.

I paid for the service March 6th, received an email sometime within the next week. it took over 2 months to get the job completed and then it wasn't even worth the money I paid. I had an actual professional Pressure Wash company come today to give me a quote on my drive way and sidewalks. they use bleach and two other chemicals to clean everything. when I asked the young man that came to my house with Waterworks, I asked him what he used to wash with and he said just water. I request that Angie's List make good on the money that I threw away for a totally unprofessional job. I would like to send some"after" photos. Please let me know how.

Vendor wanted to perform all estimates online. I wanted to expand on the initial contract, but in order to do so I wanted to speak with a representative in person. Every attempt to accomplish this was rebuffed with a standard response of "send me some pictures and I can quote you from that". Since it became obvious that this was going nowhere, I contacted Angie's List and cancelled the order. Lo and behold one day a person from Waterworks showed up to perform the service. Fortunately, my wife was home that day and informed the worker that the order had been cancelled several weeks prior. The worker was very polite and responded that this was not an unusual occurrence and that he had not been informed that the order had been cancelled. If my wife had not been at home, the worker would have performed the cancelled service and I would have been responsible for payment because, even though the work order was cancelled, Waterworks could have countered that the work was performed. What is extremely disconcerting (suspicious?) is the fact that I was never contacted/informed that a) Waterworks either still scheduled/never removed the service order even after the order cancellation and b) I received no notification that someone was coming out to perform the service. Final analysis - I would not even consider using them again, nor in good faith, recommend them to anyone else.

They never provided the service.

It definitely has not gone well. Can't even get it scheduled.

First time I contact him we spoke over the phone then the second time he was supposed to come back to me about cleaning the deck but never heard from him again.

Original Appointment was cancelled due to an emergency on the day of my appointment. Which I was a little disappointed but things happen so I was understanding. They informed me they would call and reschedule by next week. Much to my surprise they showed up the very next day and knocked out the cleaning in about 20mins. I warned them the gutters were pretty bad as they had not had a cleaning in years. It was so bad you could see leaves and twigs hanging over the house just by standing outside. There were 3 people total that serviced the gutters. All were very friendly, quick and thorough. Once finished they asked if I would like to climb up and inspect the gutters close up. I declined but could see it was a dramatic difference. Overall very pleased with the service. I feel it was a great value for the deal and would use them again.

The actual window washing was okay. They said they would come back out and do power washing and I haven't heard back from them since.

We were having issues with water seeping into our basement during rains. This has all but eliminated it.

Waterworks arrived a bit late due to delays at previous appointment (which was not a problem for us), however, home office had called informing us of the delay. When Matthew arrived, he was VERY professional, told us what he would be doing and asked if we had any questions. Matthew spent just short of 1 1/2 hours power washing the outside of our windows. The device takes tap water and deionizes it to remove impurities that would leave spots on the windows with ordinary tap water - amazing! We'd very highly recommend Waterworks Pressure Cleaning and would be happy to be a reference for the company. Matthew is an excellent example of a valued employee and a solid young man! I wanted to get both of these done in the same day, as I was getting the house painted very soon. Due to lack of organization and a breakdown in communication, the gutters were done but the windows were not. I tried multiple times to call the office and also sent messages through Angie’s List website and I have not received a follow up. The work they did on the gutters seems to have been effective, as they are working like they should, but I would not recommend this company.

Purchased Big Deal for Gutter Cleaning. Contacted this provider right away to set up appointment. Filled out a form with details of job and never heard back from them. When I finally did hear from them they told me that they couldn't gutter cleaning and that it was completely different job then what the Big Deal was for.

The gutter cleaning went well, however, I had responded to their questionnaire and requested additional services that was not addressed by t he company.

The sealant is all over the side of the house and porch, and the chairs. I also had an upright stove that was moved off the patio, and that is also covered in sealant. The major problem, though, is the siding and the chairs. From outside the house, it looks okay, but the big thing is the sealant on the house.

I purchased this deal several months ago and requested that they wait until the weather was better (some time in April). They were great with that request. No problem. The actual scheduled day, we had rain. So the owner called and postponed for one day. Next day, their serviceman appeared! Went right to work cleaning and did an excellent job on those windows. The windows were sparkling when he got through. He covered his shoes when he came into our house. We were so pleased with his work, we contracted for him to clean the other windows listed above. He had all his equipment right at his fingertips and completed the extra work promptly. We were extremely pleased with our clean windows!

Once we'd finally had a date scheduled, everything went very smoothly.

When I first purchased it, I entered 4 dates for the month of April for them to do the work, then I got an email back saying they couldn?t do it in the month of April at all, which I really needed it done this month, so I requested a refund.

Ordered in Jan. but due to rain, was delayed until April and will seal another day when deck is dry.

They did a neat job! Will use the company again. Thanks!
