Description of Work: Unknown to me, a pressure regulator valve failed, which was the root cause of a very slow leak in a connection between two pipes above my kitchen. The leak was fixed, and the main problem corrected after diagnosing it by monitoring the pressure from an exterior faucet. I observed the work the entire time, and was pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and honesty. I will use their services again.

The employee from Arrowhead Plumbing was very nice, efficient, professional and helpful. The only thing that threw me off was the vehicle did not have Arrowhead's name on it nor was the employee wearing a name tag with AP's name, so at my door was a man with rubber gloves and a flashlight in his hands..I was like hummm. LOL

Description of Work: They emptied our septic tank, and gave us valuable advice. He was very courtious, polite, and very informative about some solutions and cautions we should use in the future.

Description of Work: Leveled and secured one toilet. Check the other two, secured the laundry sink, replaced 12 polybutylene risers, adjusted both furnace flexible gas lines.

Recommended maintenance procedures to limit potential problems in the future. Responded to phone call in timely fashion. Arrived on time. Explained procedures and costs up front. He informed me of my options and made the call to Davis Septic Tank Service for me to schedule my appointment for the following day.
