Description of Work: Full of bs. So much info was bogus and scheduling gave me one excuse after another.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a toilet tune-up and home plumbing inspection.

Description of Work: The work performed was solder/cap off an old dishwasher line under the house. We had a few communication issues initially regarding the scope of work and payment, but these were resolved quickly and without incident. The technician was efficient and the work performed excellent.

Description of Work: Replaced parts to a toilet that was leaking. Easy to schedule an appointment. They were able to come out the next morning. Mr. Kay was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done to correct the problem. He also checked the water pressure.

Description of Work: The provider, Mr. Bell, was able to determine that my sewage lines were not the problem, but that my septic tank was. He called a great person to come and empty the septic tank, and pressure wash . They were prompt, fast, polite and cleaned up after themselves.(and said repeat once every three years) Then he got me a new, safe, and permitted Hot water heater (50 gal.) that was larger than the one I had for less money. They installed, arranged for electric access for the heater, took down illegal venting of the old gas water heater. And will take it all away for free if you want.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal because I need some new toilets installed. What I did not know was the deal did not include installing new toilets. Arrowhead installed the toilets for me anyway using Angie's deal. I had to replaced a water line and that is the only thing they charged me for. I have used them since and they are awesome!!

Description of Work: I live in Hall County. Arrowhead advertises on Angie's list that they provide service to Hall County. I called to schedule an appointment. After telling them the work I needed done they asked me for my address then told me they only travel in a 20 mile radius. My home is 27 miles so they weren't able to help me. If they will only travel 20 miles from their location they should state this in their advertising, especially on Angie's List. They lady to took my call was pleasant In declining my business
