Description of Work: $50 was the promotion cost, however had to pay $75 for parts. Had a leak repaired. Went very well except that I thought the entire service would have cost less in total.

Description of Work: Before I purchased the coupon on 04/12/15, I already knew that my water heater needed to be serviced. I had not had the water heater flushed in the almost 5 years I owned my home, so I thought that I would need to get a flush done in addition to repairing whatever was wrong. I purchased the coupon then called Arrowhead Plumbing. After describing what was going on with the water heater, and informing the lady I spoke with that I had purchased the coupon, she told me that she wished I had contacted them first because the water may need to be replaced and I wouldn't need to have the water heater flushed. She indicated that I could request a refund of the coupon if I was unable to use it. I scheduled someone to come out the next day (04/14/15) to take a look at the water heater and determine what was wrong. Leonard came out and determined that I would need to have the thermostats and elements replaced. He ordered the parts and put me on his schedule for the next day (04/16/15). When Leonard arrived the next day, I asked if he would be flushing the water heater in addition to replacing the elements and thermostats, and he indicated that he would be. I told him about the coupon I purchased, and asked if it could be used toward the cost of the repair. He wasn't sure, but said he would check. After completing the repair and flushing the water heater, he told me that I would not be able to use the coupon. That was not an issue for me - it was understandable. Leonard showed me some of the mineral deposits that came out of the water heater, as well as the corroded condition of the elements. Before leaving, Leonard had me run the hot water to make sure the air was out. I am very pleased with the service I received from Leonard and Arrowhead Plumbing, and the cost of the repair. Leonard provided me with the some valuable information. I would definitely use Arrowhead Plumbing again.

Description of Work: Replaced one T connection. Timely, but verrrry expensive and they wouldn't guarantee THEIR work because some of our plumbing is older (everything is under 10 years old). I don't expect them to guarantee all my plumbing, but they should guarantee what they did. They told me I needed my home completely re-plumbed and even I know that is hogwash. I'll try someone else in the future.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak coming from the hot water heater. It was more expensive then I had hoped, but they said it was something that had to be fixed as it could be a safety hazard down the road.

Description of Work: They replaced a 23 yr old water heater with an energy efficient, higher capacity model. Upon arrival, they unpacked the water heater from its box and discovered a large dent in the housing. They immediately took it back to the warehouse to get an undamaged replacement. They were fast, and courteous, and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely use them again.
