 + 3 moreExperience was excellent. Wayne was already at my house when I arrived each morning to let him in. He was very polite and kept me informed with everything he was doing and explained the work done. I thought the price was reasonable for how much work he did.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced dry rotted wood from both window sills in bedroom and at the bottom of front porch post. Replaced window due to moisture between panes and painted, recaulked shower and removed mildew. Repaired garage door that wouldn't close correctly. Repaired cabinet door and drawer where laminate had come off.

Description of Work: Repaired several rotted exterior house bead-boards. Repaired several interior wall board cracks. Repaired several places where leaks had damaged ceiling wall boards. Planned and installed an extra large access panel for the Jacuzzi tub for future maintenance. Repaired motorized awning in two minutes that I had been working on for over a year.

Description of Work: Mr. Rasch came in and assessed the plumbing problems on two different toilets. He then retrieved the necessary parts from truck and repaired both toilets within an hour.

 + -1 moreHe did a perfect job within a short amount of time! He also put very heavy duty plastic in the crawlspace and refinishing an old table that I have. He obviously takes great pride in his work! He is charging $527 for the plastic work and table restoration.

 + -1 moreWayne called me back promptly. When we agreed on the work he then got right out there and did the repairs. He even fixed the back door dead bolt so it would work smoothly, at no charge, that I had not even mentioned. My buyer was very pleased with the work, as were we. We would definitely use Wayne again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Had punch list: smoke detector had hole behind it where it had come loose from the wall, some minor cracks in the walls, closet door kept falling off its track, ice maker valve not working, one stove knob didn't turn, repaired jerry rigged dryer vent, repaired a prior sloppy repair in the bath wall.
