Delightful experience.

They came and took over a job that another contractor hired them to work on. Quality of work started out ok but the deck they were rebuilding did not last a month. Floor was not stable and we fell through it no bracing. Materials left outside in rain and didnt clean up. basement work paid for and not square has to be redone. Bowed boards and just horrible work.

They were on time and completed the job as they said they would.

I started with a fence and two weeks later the fence was on the ground, After sending several texts and calling they never responded, they also ruined the materials that I purchased, I ended up hiring another contractor and replace material that he ruined.

He started out doing very well and as the project progressed the quality of the work and customer service plummeted. There is no contact now, and the project is not finished. It is half done.

This company came in and saved the day!!! I hired another company to build my fence from scratch but needless to say I had to dismiss them for poor work and unprofessionalism. Faithful Service is just what they are Faithful in their commitment, faithful to their word and faithful in getting the job done. I am a lifetime customer. No one else will do my home improvements and projects but them. Money well spent. Hire them you won t regret it!

Richard and his team did a great job. Did job in less time than he said it would take. Refurbished my entire deck. Tore up entire deck floor, decking boards and replaced them with 2x6x16' pressure treated, replaced top cap 2x8 all around and rebuilt 8 foot wide steps up to sliding glass doors. Had to reinforce some 2x10 floor joist where carpenter ants destroyed. First class job. Wife loves it. Happy wife, Happy Life!
