On time and very professional!

Ben McElroy, owner and operator, arrived right on time with all the right equipment and had a very nice business demeanor. He steam cleaned, did pet odor treatment, sanitized and applied scotch guard treatment at a very reasonable price. He was here about 1 .5 hours and did 4 rooms and a hallway. Spots have come out that have previously been treated unsuccessfully by others. My grandchildren can safely play now on my carpeting.

Did an overall decent job in cleaning my rug. What I did not like was that he refused to wear booties. The rug he was cleaning was white. Why would you go to someones house to clean any surface and be unwilling to cover your feet? The bottom of the shoes is filthy, so, why wear dirty shoes and step all over the rug while you are cleaning it? I politely asked him if he had booties and he said yes but refused to wear them or take his shoes off. Customer service was lacking.
