The home is a rental but the tenant was really pleased because she didn't think the carpet could be cleaned. the only problem was he locked the storm door which we were in the orocess of getting repaired.

Ben was very professional and on time. He did exactly what he said would and could do. Me and my husband were very pleased with his work. My carpet had not been cleaned in 7 years and Integrity Carpet Care made it look brand new again.

carpets are very clean took longer too drt than quote but completely dry by the next day my dog had his first accident on carpet 4 days past cleaning i used the half water and vineger sugessted by cleaner it worked well no spots

Even though they were late, they called and even went by and picked up more help so the job could be completed in time.

Did a good job, missed first appointment, did not call. He had an emergency. I work midnight shift, so went to meet with little sleep. I also live 32miles away. Had to make extra trip. But was done and done well for a good price.

The service was excellent. I was impressed with how good my carpets looked after the cleaning. He removed some stains that I was doubtful would come out. Highly recommended.

he was hours late & did not have water.He did good job downstairs. But no pretreat for upstairs and snuck over to the neighbors house and used their power/water until they said something.he tacked on an extra 60. and the upstairs was merely vacuumed.I paid 250. for a bad job. Would not recommend at all. And to make it worse he did not want anyone around while he "worked". Weird unprofessional.I deserve a partial refund!But he cashed that check so fast,I did not have time to stop payment.!!! This also cost me my rental deposit.BAD EXPERIENCE!

Great attention to detail, including those out of the way hidden places. He cleaned my carpets so thoroughly, that I DO INTEND TO CALL HIM BACK! He is so good that he gave me a tip for my carpets that I plan to use in between cleanings. My carpets were fresh and noticeably clean. Lorane, Atlanta, GA P.S.
