Ben is eager to meet your needs. Arrived on time and did a excellent job. First guy I called at a superior company never show up and never returned my call. Wasted a whole vacation day. I hired another Carpet Cleaner prior to reaching out to home advisors and let me tell you it was a bad situation. with 30 minutes of the other carpet cleaner leaving my house, I reached out to home advisor and Ben reached out to me with 30 minutes. He was at my house within a couple of hours. He was very professional and communicated every step of the way. Excellent job and on short notice. I would definitely hire Integity Carpet Care again!

Ben cleaned a rental property carpet that I thought would need replacement. Because of his reasonable price and easy customer service I decided to give his service a try before replacing. I couldn't believe the finished product. The 10 year old carpet looked virtually new! He saved me a lot of money and downtime. Excellent work!

Carpets like new again!

I unfortunately have not seen my oriental rugs since Dec. 10th. I don't know what kind of shape they are in or anything else. They were promised back to me before Christmas. The owner Ben never called me or kept in touch. I called him on Dec. 17th and he said he had taken on to much work and gotten behind. I told him I understood but would he still be able to get my rugs back before Christmas. He said most definitely and that he would call. I haven't heard a word since and here it is Dec. 26th. I tried not to let this situation mess up our holiday, but it would be nice to know if my rugs are still among the living. So, I am going to try to call tomorrow. Ben was very nice when he picked up the rugs but I am not sure that I am going to be using him again. UPDATE!: He did follow up and was kind enough to provide an in house carpet cleaning to make up for the delay!
