He was very prompt to call me and gave me an ESTIMATE over the phone. I told him I had 2 bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom with a sitting room upstairs. I asked if he moved furniture - he said yes and gave me an estimate. He said it would be no more than $140 - I took that to mean he would look at the rooms when he arrived and give me a firm price. He walked in the front door and said it would be $140 plus an additional $45 of I wanted the stairs done. We are getting ready to put our home one the market, so of course I wanted the stairs done. He did call, but he was about 1.5 hours late. The carpets are clean and definitely look better, but NONE of the stains came up. Not sure I would use again and certainly not for $185.

Professionals were on time and provided carpet cleaning services. They did a great job in assisting me clean up after a water leak. I would recommend, as well a hire, this company myself.

This company exceeded my expections of how clean my carpet could be. The time that it took to clean all my carpets was amazing in only an hour and a half. The service was excellent and my carpets are beautiful. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in my new home when I move.

Ben McIlroy does a meticulous job. For $129.95, he cleaned three rooms. Additionally, he moved the furniture (that actually could be moved) -- he didn't clean around furniture. Seriously consider Ben before you call Zerorez. When I called Zerorez (after hearing about a promotion from Belinda Skelton on WSB radio), the phone operator told me that there is a fee for them to come out. My understanding also is that Zerorez does not move furniture (kind of defeats the purpose of getting your carpets cleaned). Ben uses very powerful truck-mounted equipment in his business. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from getting a migraine. Hire Integrity Carpet Care!

Service was fast!! Quality of the work was very good. Pick up was a hassle since the carpet was very heavy. I think Integrity could communicate a little better but still, the overall experience was very good.
