Ben was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Ben has great customer service skills. When Ben was done cleaning all three rooms of carpet, it looked like new again. The carpet has that freshness smell to it even after it totally dried. I will recommend him to anyone that is in need of their carpet professionally cleaned. Iâ m one happy customer for sure. Ben did a fantastic job! My carpets have never looked better! I had another company come out before I put my house on the market (less than a month before ICC came to do a final clean before my closing). The other company used a low moisture method that left my carpets with lots of dust. I had two stains from large plants that they could not remove. Ben was able to remove them. There was a huge difference between the work of the other company and ICC. I would definitely recommend ICC. Ben arrived on time; took extra care to protect my walls during the cleaning process; and completed the work in a timely fashion. Overall, ICC provided outstanding service.
