Overall good job!

The area rug got dirty with water and ashes due to a house fire. It's a heavy rug and I appreciate it that he picked it up and delivered to my apartment. The rug now looks and smells great!

Integrity Carpet Care was great, able to schedule same day service, and was extremely courteous as well as professional.

My carpets have not looked this good in years. He even got out the spot left by my Grandson when he ate too many cookies! I will most definitely use them again when other carpets need to be cleaned.

Great guy to work with! Was professional and used his mobile phone to stay in touch so we knew exactly when he would arrive - plus he did a good job on carpets of house we purchased.

Integrity picked up my rug, advised that it would take approximately 2 - 3 days. They kept it for two weeks, I had to call to check on return. They returned the rug in the same condition as it was when it was taken. I paid $96 for nothing. I called them to let them know how I felt and they made an appointment to come to my house and clean it on site. They did not do a good job cleaning my rug. I have contacted another company to have the rug cleaned.
