They did a great job. I would definitely hire them again. It did take much longer for the carpet to dry than was estimated. Instead of 1 day, it required 3. Just be aware so you can schedule the drying time.

Carpet was half cleaned. The results after paying the amount of money I paid was unsatisfactory.

Excellent service! I had 3 bedrooms, staircase, hallway, and closet cleaned. My son and his family had lived in the upstairs for a couple of years and had a cat and a baby! Carpets were stained and guess it had cat dander because every time I spent the night up there I would end up with itchy watery eyes, etc. Cleaned and all spots are gone. Spent the night upstairs last night and NO allergy symptoms today!!! Excellent job, great customer service, and good price. I would highly recommend.

Excellent CARPET CLEANING JOB. Service was first class...on time and did an excellent job cleaning all the carpets in the entire house . Pricing was fair and reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed and frustrated with this company. Spoke with Dan on Wednesday, I explained that I was having furniture delivered over the weekend and needed to have the carpets cleaned before the delivery. He said he could come Friday between 3 - 4pm. I called Thursday to confirm the appointment with no response. At 3:15 Friday I called again only to get the voicemail. I called several times Friday between 4pm-6pm with absolutely no response from this company. As a result, I had to rent a machine at the last minute Friday evening in order to clean the carpets before the delivery Saturday. I have yet to hear back from this company.

Considering the condition of my carpets when I hired this company they did an excellent job. The carpet had not been cleaned in probably five years when I bought the property so their efforts were exceptional. Agent was very pleasant and personable. He arrived on time and finished in the time he specified.
