Very nice person. Carpets were cleaned well. My main reason for 3-4 stars is because: appointment initially made for 8 a.m. but arrived at 9:30 a.m.; was quoted over the phone one amount but when arrived quoted $25 more and then an additional charge to clean carpet in closets; chemical water was poured in driveway along with debris.
