I agree with the other reviews. Very prompt reply. Ben arrived a little early, after verifying that I was home. Friendly and talkative, without being intrusively so. Carpet looks great. The equipment looked state-of-the-art and well maintained. This is not to be taken lightly. I have seen equipment that looked so old and worn that it appeared to be steaming dirt t into the carpet! Ben was just great. I would definitely call on his services again

Immediate follow-up and booked us immediately. He came out on time and completed the work in short order. We had an issue with a stubborn stain on our carpet that came back and he responded immediately to make it right. This is the kind of contractor we really appreciate.

Ben is a great guy, very professional and did an excellent job on our sofa and recliner and two small rugs. We don't have any carpet but if we did he is the one we would call. You can feel completely confident when choosing Integrity Carpet Care.

Ben reached out immediately and was very responsive to our inquiry about his methods, pricing and availability. We hired him to clean the whole house, including upholstery and he was great. Very personable and respectful and he did a great job. Also verified that each fabric was one he could clean and when he came across one he thought should be cleaned via another process he did not have, he was honest and more concerned that he not ruin anything and deducted accordingly. Definitely Integrity is appropriate name for his work.

Ben and Harley did a great job, they were fast and cleaned my rugs to perfection. I will use them for everything that requires this cleaning in my house, great value. To top it off they were so nice and friendly, amazing work!

Carpet was dirty from pet hair and Integrity left my carpet spotless clean and fresh. I was amazed. Will hire again. Reasonably priced as well.

I was very pleased with my experience with this company! They were on time just as promised... did an excellent job quickly ! And the price was very reasonable !! I would recommend this company to anyone !

When he finished, I noticed an large amount of water left in the carpet. Corners and along the edges were not cleaned. He left my water hose unwound. A down spout was disconnected. I still need my carpets cleaned.

He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. I had to leave to run a quick errand. He was finished by the time I returned. I will definitely hire him again.
