Will definitely hire again and recommend to anyone looking to have carpets clean .... believe it or not I honestly have no negative feedback he was on time, pleasant, quick , carpets looked new and the estimate matched the actual price which was inexpensive for this type of service.

Ben was up front about his fees, services provided and what mine and the Seller of the home expectations should be. Some of the stains were questionable in some areas and to my surprise he made them look almost new! Hands down the BEST carpet cleaning job I have ever seen. Unlike his competitor that left a bad taste in our mouth just days before contacting him (zero$!?), Ben's services did not disappoint. From the 1st call until completion of the 6,500 SF home he was all around Professional, there were no hidden fees or upcharges like other companies hit you with at the last minute.
