He's very honest and does what he say he'll do. The carpets look like new. He was on time and answered any questions that I had with out hesitation. A real professional.

He initially came across as Used Car Salesman. That should have been my warning not to use him. He kept bragging about his equipment and his work ethic. So I took a chance because his price seemed reasonable. He cleaned our carpet. The previous owner left a light stain on the carpet that I thought sure would be removed. I had a schedule conflict so I left Hubby home to inspect his work. When I came home and saw the stain was still there I called Mr. McElroy on at least 3 ocassions he never came back to re-clean as he promised. I am VERY disappointed in his customer service and quality.
