Great - called them 9 am, they said man would be here between 10:30 and 1 pm (this is a Friday); he was here at 11, diagnosed problems, gave me costs, and was finished in 35 minutes - very professional.

Went great. They came out the same day I called. Problem was fixed in about 15 minutes. Eric was very professional and said that he was a Master plumber and a third generation plumber. Really seemed to know what he was doing. I was quoted a price of $85 per hour plus parts. Total cost for my repair was $92.50. Very pleased with this vendor.

We had a sewer line that would get crepe myrtle roots in it on a regular basis, so we would have to get it snaked. They knew exactly what to do (without any cameras), based on my description of the problem and the age of the house. They offered to come the same day that I called!! They were very professional and saved the old junction area to show me where the roots were coming in to cause blockages. They even installed another access port in our front lawn, to make it easier in the case of any future problem. Previously, another company charged $125 to put a camera down the sewer line, and then would not return my calls to do the work. Yet another company said they would come twice and never showed up. It is nice to know a company that is good, responsive and reliable. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was polite and helpful. I would definitely call them again!

We had a major leak in our garbage disposal drain over the weekend. Water leaked all over the place before we could get a bucket under it. We contacted our home warranty company on Sunday after noon and later the same day Hardy Plumbing called to set up an appointment for Monday morning. We were blown away to be called on Sunday to set up the service. Some providers take several days to call us back so this level of service was astounding. We really appreciated it because it is quite an inconvenience to be without a kitchen sink for any period of time in a household of 5. Technician arrived early, was very pleasant and courteous, and had the repair done within 30 minutes. Highly recommend Hardy Plumbing.

I made an appointment with them. I got an appointment right away. They were prompt. I liked the man who came out here and did the work. He did a good job. He was professional in his appearance and behavior.

When I called the company stated their standard rate for per hour services. Since they had several good reviews I decided to use them They were here the next morning and hard at work as I returned from taking grand kids to school. They were polite, friendly and quickly repaired the leak. If this was an example of their work ethic, I will certainly call them again when I have a problem.

They are very good. They did the job the day after Thanksgiving which they were closed and so the guy actually did me like a favor by coming. He wanted some extra hours so I was lucky with that. I chose them because I heard that they do a good job. He was professional and did a good job. He was in and out. The job was a good job that you would expect. The pricing was a little high but then again, there was a reason for that I think.

The person I made the appointment with told me what it would cost and time they would be there. They arrived on time, assessed what was needed and within 30 minutes the job was completed. They checked to insure that there were no leaks from the disposal, dishwasher or either sink. I ask him to adjust 2 other faucets and he said he still had time before the hour was up. I will definitely use them again.

Well, it happened! I woke up this morning and did not have any hot water. Sometime last evening or night our water heater passed away. I went to Lowes to get a new one. They could not install it for mabe as long as TWO WEEKS! Short of Armageddon we can not go for two weeks without hot water. So, I decided to call Hardy's. I had used them in the past and they did an excellent job. In THREE HOURS from my call I had a new water heater installed. Service could not have been better if I had a full time plumber working just for me. Once again they get an A+++++++. It was cheaper than what I would have had to pay at Lowes.

He was right on time and handled everything very efficient. They were extremely helpful.

No water for 3 days, had call in to another plumber (I'd used in the past) who never showed. Hardy was recommended by Thompkins Lawn & Sprinkler. He came out immediately after I called (4 p.m. on a Sat.) and repaired pipe. I am very happy!! And I thought the price was reasonable considering the day & time I called.

Started searching for a plumber to replace a busted water heater tonight, my husband called the first guy and he was booked so he referred us to Hardy Plumbing. After placing the call they were here in 10 mins (they were in the neighborhood). From the 1st call to the finish of installation, it was a total of an hour and a half! Knowing we are in the Christmas season I expected to have to wait for an appointment. Nope, I called at 9 AM and they asked to come and came at 3 PM sharp. A very knowledgable technician named Eric went right to work, first replacing the rubber seals, and then swapping the old toilet for a new one. He too is a cat lover and took time to pet our cats with adoration. He was very pleasant as we talked about items of the day. He explained the diagnostics of what he was doing and what was needed with the repair. A long time ago, when I was much younger, I replaced a toilet and remember getting water all over the floor when I removed the old one. Eric did not spill a drop as he used a sponge and bucket to remove the water in the toilet and the residual in the tank (I wish I had thought of that!) before he removed the old toilet. He was happy to take the old toilet with him as I asked and left both work areas clean. I give Hardy plumbing my highest recommendation. Responsiveness, courtesy, friendliness, post job clean up, and cost were all A+++. If you need a plumber, give them a call. I think you will be glad you did.

They came within the time I was given to expect them. They were courteous and polite, and went right to work. Estimate on phone was the same as the bill. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others in need of plumbing work.

We had two plumbers from Hardy plumbing, Dustin and Bobby, replace a section of decayed gas line going from our yard into our house. They were punctual and called to let us know they were on their way. Both were very professional. The work was done professionally and they left the work area clean. We will use the services of Hardy Plumbing in the future.

I had a new garbage disposal installed about 2 months ago by Lowes. Was not too impressed with the installer and two nights ago, water poured from it into the floor. Called the Lowes install line and was told they would put a rush on it. I still haven't heard back from them or the installer. I had a good experience with Hardy about a month ago when they installed a new water heater about 3 hours after I called on a Saturday when the old one started leaking. I called them this morning and the repairman was here in less than three hours - but at the front end of the window I was given by the office. Very professional, was a simple job (for him) and only a service call was charged. I was glad to pay it to get our kitchen back. I am through with Plumbers other than Hardy!

The plumbers from Hardy were punctual and thorough. The day the work was done, it rained all day. We thought that the workers wouldn't be able to do the work on the designated date due to the rain; however, they worked for approx. 4 hours IN THE RAIN removing the old water heater and installing the new, tankless water heater. My husband and I were very impressed with the tenacity shown by the workers. They did not stop until the installation was complete. We were thoroughly satisfied when the work was finished. A few weeks later, my husband looked under the sun deck and saw water. He assumed it was a leak from the water pipes so he called Hardy and they sent a plumber to check. It turned out that the water was from a recent rain, and not any leakage from the work that had been done. The plumber gave us a bill for $40.00 for the visit which my husband felt was inappropriate, His reasoning was that we should not have been charged a fee since it was reasonable that the water could have come from the pipes since we had just had work completed by Hardy only a few weeks prior. We went to the office and spoke to the owner, who remembered us. He was very professional and agreed with my husband. He immediately removed the charge and apologized. I would not hesitate to use the services of Hardy Plumbing in the future.

After waking up to a 'screaming' water heater, I realized I had a potential issue. After reporting the issue with my home warranty company, American Home Shield (AHS), they forwarded the service request to Hardy Plumbing. Within 30 minutes of the service request, Hardy Plumbing had called to schedule an appointment. They said they were available to come out right away but I had to ask them to come back later in the day because I had already went to work. The appointment was scheduled for a time range starting 12 noon to perhaps 2 pm and the service man showed up at 12 noon sharp. He came into my house, looked at my water heater and confirmed that it was in fact 'dead.' After making a phone call to AHS and his boss, the service man returned to my door saying they could have a crew back in a couple hours to replace the water heater. Again, the servicemen arrived right on time and was able to replace my water heater within an hour. I was very impressed with the timeliness of this request and would highly recommend Hardy Plumbing to anybody!
