Had coupon for 5 cubic yards, but was charged extra because we had 'more'. Equipment scrapped driveway.

Brought needed additional help and trucks to ensure that the job would be completed the same day. Hauled away all items - old electronics, furniture, broken items, etc. Charged by the dumpster load which I thought was fair. I was very, very pleased. It is almost like having a new house downstairs.

Everything went very smoothly, a non-event which is good. Very pleasant.

I guess it was OK but it wasn't what I was expecting. They wanted more money to haul away the trash that I had so they're not someone who I would ever use again. I really felt the guy was trying to pull a fast one because I had a bunch of stuff that was mostly paper and cardboard as a result of moving. I had a lot of boxes that I had broken down and I had a lot of paper and stuff in bags so the weight was negligible but it was just a lot of cardboard and bags so I thought he was trying to pull off a scam.

The team of The Hauling Men was fantastic! Andre called to let me know they were on the way. They were right on time and ready to get to work. Very friendly and readily answered questions I had. I will certainly be using this company in the future and recommend them for anyone who needs junk removed.

They arrived on time, lifted and removed all debris and cleaned up area. Great job!

The Hauling men agreed to come out on a certain day, which was fast I thought. They kept me apprised of the time they would be at my home and on the day called to tell me how soon they would be there. And they we were right on time. They were courteous and apparently they would have charged a little more to pick up the junk that was in my back yard instead of the front. But they stayed with their original price as contracted. I will remember to have the junk in the front area of my home the next time I use them. Quick, efficient, courteous.

They called in advance, twice, to keep me perished of their arrival time. And they kept their word. This was an excellent experience. They are totally professional, extremely polite and actually fun to be around. They kept calling me "Sir" and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help. When they were through, they asked if I was satisfied. I certainly was.

They were so unprofessional. They did not show up when they were supposed to. They also refused to haul some items up a hill that I requested them to move. I would never recommend them to anyone.

After a miscommunication that lead to me cancelling the service, The Hauling Men contacted me to make right of the situation by not only apologizing but offering to complete any service that I needed. Although I no longer need the service, I truly appreciate the effort to call and make right of the situation. Integrity goes a long way with me and this provider was humble enough to step outside of the situation to please his customer. I would recommend The Hauling Men because of their dedication to their customers. You just dont see integrity like this anymore.

Because the junk was not right there where the truck could get it, he charged me $135 more than the deal. It does say something about price depends on location of junk, but not clear that it has to be all but out on the curb

I had a significant amount of trouble getting them over here. I had to make a few calls.

They were real good. I bought their Big Deal. They were on time and picked up what I needed to get picked up. They were timely, worked hard, and got out of their way.

They picked up the debris and hauled it away.

They were timely, very professional and polite. They helped clean out the garage. They cleaned up very well afterwards and didn’t leave a trace of anything.

There was a miscommunication about the date it was supposed to happen but when i called they scrambled and got someone out by the originally agreed upon timeframe. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

The men who came were attentive to detail and worked very quickly.

They did a good job. However, even though I had way less than the 5 cu yd limit, they still got a little extra money for me because they had to bring the stuff out of my basement and up the sidewalk.

The Hauling Man team showed up when expected - went directly to my garage, where the box spring and mattress was stored, and within minutes, my garage had two fewer things being stored ! :) Good Job guys 1

Completed the job for the coupon price, but grumbled about the location, Got their trailer stuck in my drive and spent a lot of time getting unstuck, with some surface damage to the drive. They struggled with the trash due to improper equipment and or use of the equipment. I gave them an additional amount for the trouble, so it wasn't a great deal after all. The owner spent most of his time on his cell phone and two young men performed the work.

We had to reschedule twice because of my commitments, but he worked with me to accommodate my time constraints. On the pickup day, he was there during the agreed on time frame and called before to give me a definite time. I bought a Big Deal and cleaned out more than the deal would cover. We easily negotiated the additional cost and I was satisfied with the final price. The Hauling Men is a family operation and all three were helpful and worked together easily to get the job done. I am happy to find them because I have more to do in my garage!

I have used The Hauling Men twice now, and have been extremely pleased with their service each time - an outstanding value, especially considering their reasonable price. They are courteous, punctual, and perhaps most of all, seemed thrilled to have my business. How often does this happen any more? Highly recommended.

The work went well after some initial negotiation regarding the cost of the services.

They called in advance and arrived on time. The crew was very courteous and did a great job of removing everything from the garage and under the deck as discussed upfront when they arrived. They spent about 20-30 minutes and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, to my satisfaction.
