Description of Work: I had some extensive engine work done on my 2007 Honda CRV. The service managers were courteous and knowledgeable. The work was completed to my satisfaction, and my car is running like new again.

Description of Work: Horrible service and gross incompetence! First incident involved tune up and transmission service performed on a Honda S2000 Sports Car and incompetent mechanic raised car so high with the hydraulic jack that it bent the open hood! Dealership did replace hood at their cost; however, the transmission was incorrectly reassembled and caused the engine to run hot. Several return trips to deal with this until they brought in another Honda S2000 and compared hose connections and then did they realize they had them incorrectly assembled. Last and final incident involved the costly replacement of the convertable top which again the incompetent staff (Discovered this out later) had incorrectly installed and caused the canvas top to tear. Took this issue to service manager and he said it was our fault because we did not follow exactly the owners manual in lowering the canvas top. I informed that this was really interesting that his own staff had raised and lowered the top doing the same procedure as well as another Honda dealership we had car serviced at for almost 3 years. We took this issue straight to Honda Motor Corporation (HMC) and they said it was obvious to them that we really needed to find another dealership to work on our car and of course, HMC did NOTHING.
