To date, I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Both were purchased new, and my most recent was in 2012. We went earlier in the year to purchase another vehicle for my husband, but the service we received was horrible. The salesperson was nice and polite to start, however when we got to negotiating, his demeanor changed drastically. He flat out told us that he wasn't going to play "games" and he was trying to pressure us to sign an agreement on a price that we did not want. When we refused to sign he was getting outwardly angry which prompted me to leave the showroom and left my husband behind to deal with the drama. The manager came out to try and sooth things over, but that wasn't going to work. Later that day we received a call from the general manager apologizing for the behavior of the salesperson. While that was nice, the overall experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, I will not be purchasing a vehicle from here again.

This was not the best car buying experience. It took several weeks to get things right and my wife was at her wits end. The communication was poor on missing items when we bought the car. Curtis, Ramon (both in Used Cars) and Kam in the service department all were very helpful. My first response was 1 star but after going back I say 3 stars. I'm not a fully satisfied/happy or loyal customer but am no longer an unhappy one.

My sales person called to see if I was interested in trading in my 2011 Honda on a 2013 with a lower payment and much better interest rate. This would be the 7th Honda I have purchased for myself or a family member from Gwinnett Place Honda. I told him what I wanted if I traded and within less than an hour I had picked out the car, he had worked up the financial numbers and the trade was done. I waited to see a particular financial manager for the paperwork completion as he had handled the last 3 cars and I was finished in less than 2 hours. I would never go anywhere else to purchase a Honda. The service department is excellent, all sales associates are up-to-date on all information regardng the cars and there are no games played. There is no back and forth to and quot;ask the head guyand quot; if the price is ok.

I had been a long time customer since I bought my Honda at Gwinnett Place Honda in 2009. Service had always been good and prices decent for routine maintenance, convenient appts., etc. But in Spring of 2013, all that changed. They started calling me to tell me it was time to book an appointment for an oil change, to which I would reply and quot;not quite yet, I'll call youand quot;, but they would book the appointment anyway without my knowing until I received an email and quot;reminderand quot; when the appointment day came. This happened twice. Then when I did call for an appointment, they tried to get me to make an appointment with a sales manager, which I declined, but they again didn't acknowledge that I said and quot;no thanksand quot;. When I arrived for service, the advisor told me it was too bad that and quot;I let my warranty lapse, but he was able to get a couple of options for it to be continuedand quot;. What? He didn't ask if I wanted it, just proceeded to tell me that I messed up by letting it go and showing me which of two prices I could pay. I declined again. They told me the oil change and tire rotation was going to cost over $100 because it was time for a and quot;regular serviceand quot;. Eventually, he told me that meant I would have the 2 services I was requesting and they would check the parking brake. Really? Over double the price to check the parking brake? I said and quot;it works - no need to check!and quot; After about 30 minutes, they told me I needed new brakes immediately. I immediately found a new auto shop (who by the way, said the brakes could easily wait a few months).

They did just what you'd expect them to do- diagnose the problem, come up with the factory fix, call the customer with the info and let the customer decide whether to go ahead or not. Very professional.

They are excellent. I would get any auto repair done here. The man I dealt with was Todd H. I observed the people working there and they are all excellent. They even have a car rental place there if you need a rental while they do your repair. I would recommend anyone to go there.

I'm fairly satisfied with them. They did a great job. I thought they're very efficient. It doesn't usually take long to wait and ndash; I usually hate to have to wait. They do have shuttle service to take you where you want to go like they take you to the place of your work. They are very convenient. I think they're very thorough.

There was a small chip on the hood of my car, so I took my car there. It was the size of a lentil, less than half a centimeter and it was due to the corrosion. To be honest, when I went there, he said that the only way I could fix it was to sand the entire color on the hood of the car and then repaint it, so the estimate was $850. Then, a gentleman from the car shop came out and he told them to take the paint and put it on. He even game some extra paint with me to take home and see how it works and not have to go through this whole thing again. He told me that I just had to hide the corrosion so that it does not spread on the other parts of the hood. So basically, the estimate was $850 and for that he gave me the paint too. He was a really helpful guy and spent 20 minutes with me explaining. I did not end up paying anything. He just painted the black spot on the hood of the car and I left. So it was a good experience in this Honda dealership for my Honda Fit 2010 model.

He goes there because they do price matching; he found the part online for a very inexpensive price, took it in, and had them price match it. They didn’t want to price match because it was about half of what they normally sell it for. They were hemming and hawing but they came through with the policy in the end; the guilt trip was unnecessary. They had a 50% markup from what we found online. There was a little bit of a line but it wasn’t much of a wait. We probably won’t go there for repairs but we’ll continue to go for parts as long as they price match.

I've tried several different Honda dealers and I've found their whole process to be the best around. Their prices are competitive. The level of service that they provide for me is just fabulous. Their greeting along with the amount of information that they can give me is great as well. I quite enjoy their waiting room. They've gone as far as to make me aware of specials that were available that I didn't know of. That's a standard practice for them. They're real big on customer service. It's really the kind of situation that you dream of. They respect my money and my time as being valuable. I drive about 10 miles out of my way to specifically see them even though I pass two Honda dealerships on the way.
