We have been using this provider for years. In 2005 the distribution fan on our heat pump went out on New Years day and they came within an hour of calling them. They didn't have the part but they came back on the next day and installed a replacement fan.
In 2009 when the heat pump totally died, they were the ones who installed the new one.
Recently someone noticed that the return air vent was not sealed. I called Anchor. Barry was very nice, sent a man out to fix the problem and also to fix a problem with the vent on the hot water heater which was the plumber's problem not Anchor's.
I am really pleased with how well they stand behind their product and their work.
