fantastic job

This is the second time I have used Vic Williams Tire and Auto.  We have been very pleased with the service, and even though its a bit of a drive for me, we will continue using them.

Asked if anyone was there to take me home so I wouldn't have to sit there.
They diagnosed my "pink puddle" on the garage floor.
Called me to tell me I needed a new water pump and how much it would cost before starting the work.
Explained the warranty on the pump.
Explained their payment options.
Gave me an estimate of the time needed to fix it.
Called me to tell me when the car was ready for pick up.
Not only did I drive away a happy new customer, but was pleased with the pleasantness with which I was treated.
I'll be back...just hopefully not too soon!

Vic, is a no nonsense right to the point auto repair facility He does not over charge or up charge for services not required. I will be using this auto center for all non warrenty items on all my cars period.

They were real nice.  He worked on my son's truck, and he seemed to be real nice. He was straight up, and didn't try to sell him anything that he didn't need anything. He was honest and trustworthy.

We had used Vic's for repairs at their previous location many years ago.  Seeing the new service center open in Dallas, I contacted them for an estimate to replace back brakes on my car.  The estimate seemed to be within acceptable range for this service taking into account that my husband did not have time to do the work himself.  The repair center is open on Sat. till 2pm which is convenient as we both work in Atlanta.  We were instructed to leave the keys in a drop box the night before so that work could begin early.  The drop box was a problem as it is shallow and it would be easy for a thief to put in their hand in (or an implement) snag the keys and take your car.  I used a writing pen to move the key packet to the side to hide the fact that they were in the box.  It did make me uneasy.  Other drop boxes I have used before had the keys literally drop 3 or 4 feet down on the floor where it would be impossible for someone to get at them. 
Not receiving a call, we finally called around noon and were told that the car was ready.  At the time of pick up I informed the front office about the problem with their unsecure drop box and I hope that they have remedied the situation.
The car works fine, the job was done on time and within budget.  I would used them again, but not the current drop box setup.

I got this company in Angie's List and I'm very happy with him. The service was outstanding, I was very pleased. The place itself was exceptionally clean and well organized. They called back with an estimate when I had the work done and there's no change on what the estimate they gave me over the phone.

They are very family oriented. They are very friendly. When something is wrong with your car they really take care of you. They actually let you see, and take you back to your car, and show you what the problem is. They show you what the resolution is and how to fix it. The father owns the business and his daughters work there. The workers that are there are very polite and nice.

I was looking for a new mechanic and found Vic's place on Angie's.  I love having a mechanic that you can trust and feel like they are giving you the straight info.  I feel that I found that here.  Super nice people and Terry(mechanic) did a great job explaining what he was going to do on the A/C and it is working great now.  Mandy was super nice at the front desk and a pleasure to work with. I also met the owner, Vic, and he was also a really nice gentlemen.  I look forward to this establishment handling my future auto needs.

I found this auto repair center on Angie's list, and I've found my new mechanics! I was a walk-in and had my front brakes replaced, my rear brakes cleaned and adjusted, and had my tires balanced and rotated all for a great price. I felt like I was at home the staff was very friendly and honest...I did'nt feel as if I was being taking advantage of, and they did'nt try to sale me services I did'nt need. I wiil continue to use Vic Willaims Tire & Auto in the future. Thanks sooo much!!!!!

No surprises. They identified the problem and fixed it. Very happy with their service. I found my new mechanic!

actually we have had two incidents where we have taken our vehicle to Vic
Williams Tire Pro for servicing. The first time we took our vehicle, it needed
a new distributor assembly because initially the vehicle would not crank. They
troubleshot and repaired the vehicle in two days or less and we picked up our
vehicle on the third day…pretty impressive. And the pricing was reasonable
compared to other repair shops. Now, the second incident was very much like the
first where the vehicle simply would not crank. We called Vic Williams Tire Pro
and asked to speak to Terry; he’s the one that we’ve dealt with on both
occasions. We explained to him what was going on with the vehicle and he
replied back by saying that they offer towing service that’s reimbursable to
the customer. We were thrilled and all arrangements were made to get our
vehicle once again repaired at a reasonable cost and within an expedited and
professional time frame. We were informed that the ECM (Electronic Control
Module) was defected in our vehicle. No worries, Terry offered to viable
solutions immediately. We had the option of replacing the unit with a used or
new one based strictly on cost of course. So, we opted to go with the
inexpensive unit and they had our vehicle repaired in two days tops…amazing to
say the least.

They are a good company and they are always reasonable. I feel like I am being taken care of and they care about my safety and my best interest. The staff and the mechanics are very personable and they always answers my questions.

Took my vehicle in immediately, work accomplished within 30-45 minutes.

They are my primary mechanics. They are wonderful. I like the fact that the owner is always there and that he does some of the repairs by himself. The people that are there have been there for years. They know you and they remember you. I can count on the work being done right for a reasonable price. I am happy to take my husband's truck as well as my old mini van and they fix it all. I can go in and admit that I don't know as to what it is. I can just tell them that it is making a funny noise and they would fix it or they would tell me as to what is wrong with it. If it is tires, then they would replace the tires and they also have them in stock. They are amazing people. I am sure that you could go to a place that would be cheaper but they may or may not stand behind their work. I like the fact that I can go to them and they always stand behind their work. They will also fix it if it is not right. They are more punctual than I am. They are absolutely professional and I would absolutely go back to them without a question.
