Twins Plumbing and Septic

Awesome people!!!! Just purchased a house and had the septic cleaned. Had no clue when it came to a septic system. They answered my many questions. They had to find the septic and dig a ton to get to it. I have no clue when it was cleaned before but am so relieved that it is cleaned now. I cannot recommend them enough. For all the work that they had to do to get to the tank, they should have charged so much more. Great guys and will use them again and again for any plumbing issues or septic issues I may have in the future. Really great people.

Great guys!! Nice to work with owner operators who truly care about fixing your issues and retaining you as a customer. Quoted me worst case scenarios over phone and turned out to be just an overdue clean out. Pretty happy with end results an price!!! And got good advice about how to prevent their return till my 3year service.

Service was scheduled within 2 days of my phone call. The twins arrived on-time and were dressed professionally. They took the time to explain exactly what they'd be doing and to make sure they understood what I was wanting. They performed quality work in a reasonable time frame (about 4 hours). Not sure how the price compares to other plumbers, as we didn't get any other bids. However, it seemed slightly high for 8 man-hours of work (approx. $150.00/hr). I would definitely use these guys again!! Great customer service.

These guys are great. They are efficient, professional, and there are no surprises. Everything they do is cleanly and beautifully installed. The care they take is incredible.

We had a flooded front yard, off and on for over a month. Twins came out and took their time looking for the cause and eliminating all the possibilities. Leak was believed to be under main sidewalk in front of house. Twins suggested running a new water line instead of breaking up the sidewalk to look for the actual leak. These guys are professional, punctual, honest and good for their word. We have found a plumbing company for life. If there was a higher rating than A we would give it, from us they get A++++++++++++++++++++++

I called to get a price for having my septic tanked pumped and the person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I decided to make an appointment with them. They came out when they said they would, they pumped my tank and explained everything to me along the way. I will call them again for any of my plumbing or septic needs.

The twins are amazing!! They we're very polite and professional. They we're very prompt in showing up, which was very impressive. They took their time to explain exactly what was going on with my septic tank. I must honestly say their everything what these reviews say and more...these words are not enough to show how great they are. I will definitely be calling them for all our plumbing issues as well. They called before they arrived early. I was expecting the worst, but they quickly determined I had loosened a nut on the tap when I connected the hose to the ice maker. They were friendly, efficient.

They were fantastic. They were on time. I can't say enough about them. The pricing was good. They were very professional. The actual twins came out. I have never had septic service before, so I didn’t have anything to judge them by. They were very nice. They did their job, and they didn’t leave a mess. To me it's a big deal not to leave a mess. They had to dig up the area and they had to cover it back over. My sister-in-law said that their septic service came over and left a big mess and a big hill and that they didn’t cover up the area. So I thought that they did a great job. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

First, they called to let me know that they would arrive earlier than scheduled, which was fine with me. I was unclear about the location of my tank, but Landon and Will found it quickly and got to work. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and quoted a reasonable price. The service didn't take long at all. I would definitely use them again.

Come to find out, this "honey hole" had never been pumped before. They had to deal with tree roots and more sludge than a sludge pond. And they did it all with a smile on their faces. I love these guys and will deft use them again and again and will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a septic company. Great bunch.

We are new to the Dallas, Georgia area as homeowners. During the closing we found out that the spetic tank has never been cleaned out in approximately 17 years. Well I do not have to tell you that this piece of information made us very nervous. On March 25th 2014, which was a Monday, My wife and I located Twin Plumbing and Septic on Angie's list, we spoke with the gentleman and on Tuesday morning at 11am he was knocking on our front door, (Right on time)! They went into the gargage and looked at the piping to see where it lead out of the house. Both of the men were very professional in their mannerism and quite confident and knowledgeable. Once they looked over the piping to give them an idea about the direction of the septic tank, they went immediately into the back yard and within fives minutes did what I have been trying to do for two weeks, found the septic tank. They not only cleaned out the tank, they also provided me with a lot of very useful information about the field lines (which I never heard of before) and about how important it was not to build on these lines. They also provided information about having trees cut and to make sure they do not damage the lines. What was really impressive is how fast and thorough they did their job! They were very friendly and I would use them again without a second thought, as a matter of fact he pointed out several people in my neighborhood who he ;thought might assist my family in the future and explained the surrounding area to me. for those who are price concious, the price quoted for the job was right on target, as I made several phones calls to some of their competitors and found the price quoted was exactly the price his competitors where charging and in a few cases less expensive.

O my gosh, probably THE best service people we've ever had!! On time and so friendly and professional! They were the second plumbing company I called. I did get a quote from the first so I had their cost to compare to Twins.. Twins Plumbing saved us quite a bit (couple hundred). They explained everything before they did the work and showed me the finished project. DO NOT HESITATE CALLING THESE GUYS, the best of the best! Outstanding !!

They are very, very nice. We have our plumbers for life now. We had a pipe gushing. That's when Georgia went into our first deep freeze in January. We told them that we had the pipe turned off so they didn't have to rush if they had other emergencies more pressing at that point, but they did come the day after and got us all fixed up real good. I think we will always go back to them. We are happy with their pricing, we are happy with their punctuality, and their willingness to talk to us about what they are doing. They had my husband go out to Home Depot and get those sleeves you can put on the pipes. We didn't have any of those sleeves so they were essentially uninsulated.

Had an underground waterline break. Also while there my husband talked with them regarding our septic system. We were not having any problems but in 18 years in had never been cleaned.

I discovered a water leak in my front yard and didn't know if it was coming from my irrigation system or from the main line coming into my home. This was on Saturday 2/08/14. I called Paulding County Water Company and after a short procedure, they said it was on my side of their meter. Since I had already used Twins Plumbing last year and their work was excellent, I called them again. They don't normally work on weekends but because of the job they did for me in 2013, (and because of making a few calls to other plumbers) I decided to wait until Monday. They called me and said they would be out that afternoon. When they arrived, I showed them where there was a leaking part in the irrigation system's shut off valves and asked them if they could find the main shut off valve and just turn it off as I never used it. That part of the job was done very quickly. After doing a few tests they found out that the main line to my home was where the leak was and then started that part of the job. I was amazed at how quickly they found where the leak was ...a small hole in the main copper line that runs into my crawl space. I watched them doing some of the job and was impressed at their knowledge and more so, the efficiency in getting the job done. But then, I said the same thing on the job they did for me in 2013 which was a much bigger job. I will be happy to tell anyone that reads this review that Twins Plumbing has proven to be, once again, my salvation. They are more than fair in their pricing which I found out that Saturday when I talked with other plumbers, they are very knowledgeable, efficient and professional in their work and I will definitely call them again when needed.

Everything went very smoothly from the first call to estimate to completion of work. How refreshing to hire a new contractor who does what they say, when they say they'll do it, and without hidden costs. They're a little higher priced than some, but these guys are pros and worth every penny!

I called twins plumbing. Landon and Will returned my call promptly when others have not. They came, reviewed everything and wrote up a detailed and fair quote. So... I hired them! They have done a ton of work for me and I will NEVER call another plumbing company again. They are THE BEST! I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything from a small fix to a new water . Also, I don't do many reviews but felt that these guys really deserved it. Thank you!

They were prompt, answered their phone, made appointment fairly quickly and very helpful. Even looked at other items I thought may be issues and did not say fix it just to make extra money. They were very honest and did a good job quickly; plus 2 other tasks I asked after making the appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

I called The Twins initially to look at my gas water heater to make sure it was in good shape. I just bought my condo (which was "flipped"...but badly) and everything major has had to be replaced or fixed. Well, the water heater was fine...a newer one. I had them look under the kitchen sink because I occasionally experienced leaks and the faucet base was quite loose. They tightened the faucet (yay!) and then discovered the source of the leak. I mean he was relentless in his search until he found it, which he did. He then repaired it and it is just fine! My father is a master plumber and I know this job would have cost at least 3 times more because of the length of time they were here. An added bonus is that they are friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They don't stop working to have a conversation with you but talk while they are working, if need be. Then they show you pictures of what was going on under your sink (where you can't see) so you can understand what service they performed. They were very responsive and worked with my schedule. Their number is permanently in my phone as my plumbers of choice!

I was awoken at 3AM this morning by my neighbor who had noticed water pouring out of my lawn as she . called Twins Plumbing at 6:01AM after we were alerted to a water leak in our front yard around 3AM. Even though their site says they don't start work until 8AM, I heard back from Landon by 6:21 min later. He listened to my brief summary and said he'd be out to see us around 11. At 10:10 I got a call to verify I was here and they arrived a full 20 min before 11. They got to work immediately and were able to resolve the issue within 30-40 min. They let me watch the repair and explained what happened, how they would fix it and patched up the hole in my lawn when they were done. What positives can I write that would be better than the actions of a company who calls you back 1.5 hrs BEFORE they start their day, show up 20 min ahead of schedule and finish in under an hour. We even got to chat about some HS football while I watched them work. I'm absolutely calling these guys back when I need lines run for my basement remodel!

Called them based on reviews listed here on Angies list. We just purchased a older home that had been sitting vacant for over a year. Requested that they locate, and then pump out the septic system. County did not have any location information on where the tank or field was located. previous owner thought it was somewhere off the back deck. Also had them provide an onsite visit estimate to upgrade/ replace the old galvanized potable water lines, and install a tankless water heater.They arrived on time, one guy with the pump truck and two guys to estimate the plumbing work. Jeff located the tank which was pretty deep (almost 2 feet down).very old tank so he had to dig a very large hole. Anyway after getting into the tank he noted that the out flow concrete tee trap had crumbled apart and would need replacement. Pump out 1000 gal tank cost $235. Replacement CPVC Tee trap installed $165. They were professional, friendly, informative, an knowledgeable. Quote for the additional plumbing work was provided in a timely manner. That project is on hold until we can come of with the funds. We would use them again.
