Very responsive. Was at our home day after the call. Very thoroughly understanding of what to do and explained the details to me.

Pros: The work itself was completed to my satisfaction, and I have no complaints there. Landon was willing to work with me on many issues that rose from my end. All line work was completed in one day. They listed everything they were going to do in their contract and completed all tasks listed. Cons: I was not notified of the date of the work, they just showed up on a Wednesday to pump the septic tank and told me the work would start the next day. I had scheduled an out of town trip for Thursday and could not change it. A couple of trees had to be taken out, which was not a problem, and I was notified ahead of time that this would be necessary. The problem was the cut trees were left on another's property in plain view of the street. They also left their big machinery in my yard for 6 days after completion of the work. I would still recommend Twins Plumbing for their work, and would definitely use them again. They truly are a nice group to work with. I feel the Pros outweigh the Cons.

I called Twins Plumbing & Septic because of the amount of good reviews I saw on Angie's. The issue I was having was a leaky tube. I also told them I was seeing a rust stain by the water heater. Two hours later I was greeting them at my door. QUICK service. I felt very comfortable explaining what I was seeing at the time and letting them know everything that I have noticed (regarding the plumbing) since we bought the house (you never know what is relevant when troubleshooting). They explained everything, what they needed to check for and why, and then what the result of the test means. They were very courteous and even when told it was okay to track their boots into the house the refused and left them at the door. I will certainly call them again in the future for any other plumbing need.

I contacted this company about a price to pump out my septic tank. After getting several other quotes, I called back to make sure I was quoted an exact price. They assured me there would be no additional charges. However, as soon as the tech arrived, he informed me there would be an additional charge due to the tank being full. OF COURSE IT WAS FULL! THAT IS WHY I NEEDED IT PUMPED OUT! They did knock off $25 of the added amount after I contacted the office.

Wow! Twins Plumbing & Septic saved us! The basement took on water, had plumbers out and were told it was the septic system. So, immediately went to Angie's List and started calling contractors. Spoke to several and chose Twins. We couldn't have been more pleased. They came out quickly and accurately assessed the situation. The home is older and the main pipe was clay. It had collapsed so the entire line had to be replaced. They brought our septic lid up to code (unexpected expense but they do the right thing), replaced the full line, and serviced the system. They were thorough, professional, punctual, priced competitively, and left the site clean! What else can you ask for these days? I will use them without hesitation for servicing the tank periodically (and hopefully everything else will be fine!)

The whole process went very well. They guys allowed me to ask several questions and were very respectful. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing job.

Overall this was a very good experience even though it was not without mishap. We called Twins Septic and Plumbing to come out to pump our septic tank and to look for the cause of the backup of the system. They were scheduled to come out on Friday, March 1st in the afternoon but called around 5pm to tell me that their truck had broken down and they wouldn't be able to make it. I didn't lose any time off work since that was my off day and of course I wasn't happy about the delay in fixing the problem but you can't pump out a septic tank without a truck so I waited for them to get the truck repaired. I was told they would be able to repair the truck on Wednesday and would come out that afternoon. They called me Wednesday to let me know that the part needed to repair the truck was late coming in and they wouldn't be able to come out until Thursday morning. I admit I was a little frustrated at this point and asked if someone could come out and take a look without the truck just to look at my problem and give me some possibilities of what kind of trouble I might be looking at. Without hesitation I heard in reply, "Absolutely! It will take me about 45 minutes to get there." Almost exactly 45 minutes later, Will pulled up in my driveway and began probing the ground feeling for my septic tank and drain lines. He did everything he could to get an idea of what my problem might be and gave me a few scenarios about what kind of repairs might be needed. I told Will that I was new to septic systems and needed educating so he spoke to me at length about septic systems and how they function... even though he told me that his brother Landon was the expert on septic systems he was able to give me a decent understanding of my system and told me the size of my tank just from probing the ground. He apologized once again for the delay in repairing their truck and assured me that they now had the much needed part in their possession and their mechanic was working on the truck that evening. The next morning the crew arrived with the newly repaired pump truck exactly when they said they would be there. They began to work right away and had no problems at all with me hanging out and watching everything they did. Both owners, Will and Landon took the time to explain to me what was going on and what I was seeing. They are hands-on owners who did much of the work themselves even though they did have one of their employees working with them. They cleaned out my tank, removing roots that had grown into and around the edges of the tank. After the tank was cleaned out they had me go in the house and flush the toilet a few times so they could make sure I had good water flow coming from the house into the tank. They also noticed and showed me that the Ts on each end of the septic tank had fallen off and needed to be replaced. Since the out flow end of the tank was dug up it was agreed that they would replace that one now and in 3 to 5 years when I call them back to pump the tank out again they will open up the in-flowing end and replace that T. Landon explained to me the function of each T and pointed out that while both are important, the T on the out-flowing end was slightly more important since it keeps solids from going out into the drain field and clogging the lines. I have read other reviews where people complained about companies telling them their Ts were broken and needed to be replaced but now that I understand the importance of BOTH Ts AND I saw for myself that both Ts were in fact completely gone... I had no problem paying for that essential repair. I feared the worst... that I would need to have my entire drain field replaced but while Will cleaned out the tank, Landon probed along the drain lines until he found a dry area. He came to me and told me the good news... that it was only the top portion of my drain field that was no longer functioning but he could tie the septic tank directly to the good lines and we sill had plenty enough drain field lines to handle the water usage from our house! The work was completed and I was happy. I have to say that dealing with the delay caused by the broken down truck was frustrating, but I am VERY HAPPY with the work that was done and with the professionalism of this company. They kept in touch with me while the truck was broken down to give me updates on when they would be able to get it repaired. Life happens to us all and this company is not immune from mechanical breakdowns. They made me happy in the way they spoke with me, educated me, and came out to my house without the truck upon my request even though we both knew they would not be able to repair my problem by doing so. I truly feel that many companies would have simply pointed out to me the uselessness of that visit, but not Twins. It truly did put my mind at ease to some extent just being able to ask questions and knowing what they planned to do and how they planned to troubleshoot my system when they returned with the equipment the next day. Twins Septic and Plumbing have got my business for years to come!

It went incredibly well. They were quick to arrive, were honest about pricing and had the work done in half a day. All in all a great experience.

Twins Plumbing and Septic were awesome. They were very, very personable. There was some miss communication on what day they were supposed to come out. My husband thought they were supposed to come out that day so I called the guy up and he came out that day at no extra charge to make sure that it got looked at. He was very, very customer friendly. I would recommend that they use them.

They are consistent with their prices, service and the way they explain what they are doing or not doing. They are honest and I will use them again. I think they charge a fair price. I have used them several times before. They are very responsive. My first call was really an emergency call and they were out within a couple of hours. They were professional as well.

We used a caustic drain cleaner in a clogged sink. Later in the evening, there was a puddle of water on the floor water. We called Twins Plumbing and said we thought there was a clogged drain. We were told they would be here in 45 minutes and they arrived right on time. After looking at the area, they explained that the caustic product had damage the drain stopper. The needed part was on their truck and it was replaced in short-order - They even cleaned up the remaining mess of caustic materials for us. These gentlemen were a delight! Punctual, friendly and willing to explain what they were doing. We mentioned that we might soon be in need of a new water heater and had been thinking to getting tankless. They looked at our current situation and explained why tankless would not be suitable for us. We will certainly call them for furture plumbing needs!

The Twins Plumbing person to whom I talked was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and helpful. I asked him to repair the septic tank and plumbing work performed by another plumbing company that was not working. He explained potential problems and advised me to ask the other company to come back and service it, since it could have been under warranty. He told me what questions to ask and spent about 20 minutes advising me with no prospect for any payment. He did not criticize or downgrade the other company. I will use Twins Plumbing in the future for any and all septic tank/plumbing work just because of his help. I wish that I had gone to Twins Plumbing in the beginning.

Second time we've used them. As before, they accomplished the project with skill, honesty, and integrity. Highly recommended.

I had another company come out to empty my septic tank due to a back up in the basement. They emptied the tank and snaked out the sewer line to clear the clog. Two days later it backed up again, so I called this other company back, but got no good answers or help. I then called Twins to see if they could help. Jeff from Twins came out (on a Saturday) and quickly diagnosed the problem with the sewer line. It had settled and had a break that roots were infiltrating. These findings were confirmed the next day when Landon and Will both came out with Jeff and ran a camera up the sewer line to take a look. This colonoscopy of the sewer pipe was reassuring to me because it let me visualize the problem. The crew proceeded to dig up and replace the sewer line from the slab to the tank, taking precaution to pack the dirt down below the new pipe to prevent settling. They also installed a 2 way clean-out with a popper to preclude the basement back ups. They left the yard in better shape then they found it, and completely cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely hire Twins again for my future plumbing needs. These guys are very professional and do great work!

We discovered a leak under our sink after seeing a water stain in our garage. We consulted Angie's List and obtained two estimates. Landon and Will were very responsive and gave us a much better price than the second one. We were quite impressed with their professionalism and timeliness. We ordered a new faucet from Amazon and made an appointment for Landon and Will to install the next week. They were again on time and efficiently completed the job. The work was covered by the coupon offered to members. We love our new faucet!

This is the second time my family has called Twins Plumbing for maintenance/repair services. Both times they were great. They are really knowledgeable and personable guys and they seem to take the homeowner's concerns to heart. At no point did I feel like they were rushing to get to the next job. Thanks to them, my wife and I know more about taking care of basic septic tank and bathroom plumbing maintenance but despite the free education I would call on them again anytime I feel like my septic system or plumbing need a checkup. I would highly recommend calling Twins Plumbing anytime you need help with the septic system or plumbing.

I was pleased that they called before they came. They arrived on time. They were very professional, but not "canned". They told me everything that they did to find the water source that was causing the mold in the basement. They got my permission to cut a section of the drywall out, behind the ceiling tiles, in order to be able to examine the situation more thoroughly. They checked out all areas of possible leakage. They only found one leak and that was the drain line from the dishwasher on the main floor to the ground floor. They repaired the leak in a timely fashion. I appreciated their honesty. They could have told me that there was more involved and charged me more and I wouldn't have known the difference. They showed me pictures that they took of the leak of the drain pipe. I was thankful for their thoroughness, their honesty and their fair price.

Our septic tank brought us the seasonal reminder that no Holiday should go without a waste water malfunction. This morning we began to experience water backing up into the shower/bathtub. I called Twins based on their ratings on Angie's List and locality and got an appointment for later that morning. Within two hours, they were onsite, had identified the issue, unblocked the pipe and provided an estimate for the next project which they will be doing next week. Very happy with the responsiveness, punctuality, knowledgeability and service from Landon and Will. I have already engaged with them for future work and would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues, especially in the septic area.

These guys are great. I woke up Christmas Day with no Hot water. I called the twins the next day and they were at my home promptly at the scheduled time. They were professional, competent, and very fairly priced. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing needs.

They promptly returned my call for service, arrived at the agreed upon appointment time, explained exactly what would be required to do the repairs and wasted no time getting them done. I had purchased an Angie's List coupon for $200 of work for $109, and they charged an additional $60 for the work they did, which I thought was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use their services again, especially since they also do septic work and I have tank maintenance due.
