Very nice service tech,boss was nice too..good price,I don't know if I got the vets discount or not.. but the price was very reasonable.. To the reception lady at the phone when I called in,,she has a great attitude,,she has a phone voice.. great for talking to folks,, Over all great company and I will be referring customers to them

Devin was quick, clean and kind. He showed up on time and was comfortable in talking to the family while making the repair. He gave advice as to how to maintain the unit. Pricing from the company was affordable in comparison to others that were quoted.

This is a family oriented business, and it shows in their work ethics. Customer service is outstanding as well. Technicians and Customer Service are glad to assist their customers with their concerns and questions. They were also able to point out builder deficiencies that were discovered during the process.

I highly recommend Cunningham and Sons. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I contacted them for a gas log fireplace inspection. They were able to schedule me in the very next day and showed up ahead of schedule. They quickly checked out the system and chimney and gave us all the information we needed to know to use the gas logs safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I called for a chimney clean on a house we just bought and they promptly came out to clean it. They put down floor protection and cleaned it well. They inspected the chimney and cap which was rusted, so they measured and scheduled a date to return. They installed the new cap for a competitive price and it looks great. I would suggest keeping in touch with them as they get busy.

The technician, Alan, was very nice and professional. He took great care to protect my carpet and floor and thoroughly cleaned up when he was done. Dispute the complexity of the job he completed it in a very short time. Everyone I dealt with at this company was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at Cunningham and Sons was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were able to schedule me on short notice, were easy to communicate with, and Allen was outstanding! When I mistakenly directed Allen to the incorrect vent outlet and it seemed to be an impossible job, he didnâ t give up and call it quits. He asked if he could go up into the attic crawl space to inspect the ducts and went the extra mile to make sure he could get the job done. Excellent service! Payment was a breeze as they not only take the standard cash, card and check.., but they also take cashapp. And with a very reasonable flat fee, there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill.
