Representative was punctual, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Wanted my gas fireplace checked for basic safety. He was very good and would contact Cunningham and this representative again.

They came earlier than estimated, which I was happy. They got right down to business and they were extremely friendly. The service great and informative. They things about my fireplace I wasn't aware ofð   . Thank God all was good with my fireplace and didn't need any servicing. They were great and I will call them back next year for my yearly inspection.

Unfortunately, the fireplace gas logs had to be replaced instead of just a regular maintenance check up. Once that was established, they were able to schedule for another date to install. Devin was very professional and polite. We look forward to getting our install next week.

Great job start to finish. Started with a leak at the fireplace gas lighter valve. Because our house is on a slab the fireplace essentially had to be rebuilt. Allan was terrific. He explained what was wrong what our options were going forward. Great people to have around the house. The workspace was always clean before they left each day. Very trustworthy.
