They inspected my wood stove and chimney and determined it did not need cleaning. They could have charged more and cleaned it but didnâ t try the were honest.

My dryer wasn't drying very well. I tried to clean the vent myself, but it wasn't helping much. I called Cunningham and they found the problem (screen wasn't removed when the new roof was installed last year). It was quick and easy and the price was good. Couldn't ask for more!

Performed inspection, as requested, at a reasonable price. Followed up with detailed quote to remedy the problem. However, we decided not to fix the problem. Instead, we just won't use the fireplace.
