Description of Work: I had a pipe burst in my finished basement/rec room/office. I had called many providers but everyone was busy ad some were downright rood. FloodX could not help me immediately, but they followed up ad were much more responsive than promised. They worked in the evening and night. They were timely and followed-up continually until the job was complete. They took the time to call if the traffic was holding hem up and they might be few minutes late. All of there employees were professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them and would use them again (I hope not for my sake!).

Description of Work: Overflow water from the upstairs toilet was cleaned up, Carpet dryed, ceiling and molding that were damaged were torn away and cleaned up and hauled away.

Description of Work: I recently experienced a hot water heater leak and am waiting to find out if my insurance company is going to cover my damages. I have mold issues and have been trying to gather information as to how to deal with this upsetting occurrence and actually rather scary situation. Jason came out and took a great deal of time answering my questions and detailing his costs and how the work would be performed. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionism. He patiently addressed all my concerns and was invaluable to my piece of mind. He did not pressure me like the previous company and once I get the insurance issue resolved, I hope to use his company to deal with my problems.

Description of Work: They provided us with a professional opinion, which is exactly what we were looking for. Basically, they assessed a few leaks that were repaired years ago, and verified that everything was still in working order.
