"Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Standard procedures requires us to give the homeowners a rough estimate and a general breakdown of the pricing and the work scope. I appreciate your understanding during an emergency situation that perhaps the other spouse may have received the estimate and a miscommunication may have happen at this point. In regards to taking out unnecessary items , as we are professional on this type of damage we would not take out any wall or items that was no needed. Because we are not in the reconstruction business so there would not be a conflict of interest .... As for the running the electric bill up ...we appreciate your understanding that this is one of the unavoidable expense when dealing with drying equipments . Our billing department does not have a Matt, but I will be more than happy to address the timely manner of billing to our Accounting Dept. Again thank you allowing us to serve you ."

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I see you had testing done in April of this year and you stated the results were not accurate? Just pulled the results from the lab and they show you had an elevated mold aspergillus penicillium in the living room. I pulled out estimate and it was for removing flooring and mold/cleaning 6 rooms. The price you got was for job based on inspection and I'm sure the $600 job was not the same apples to apples amount of work. Please understand we base our estimates on the lab results. Did your contractor retest? Not sure why you said the tests are not accurate. If you could call me so I can understand how you came to believe the tests were in accurate I would appreciate it.
