Cathy(Dicava)call me after I was searching for somebody to fix my sprinkler system that was on most of the morning. I had someone coming in a few hours, She said, "I can come now. I just want to make sure you're OK because you put down it was an emergency. There is no charge, I'm just checking to see if I can help you.' That meant alot to me. She was very personable. She and her son were here in 15 minutes. They took the time to show what was wrong and how to fix it and to shut off the sprinklers. They were very professional and got the job done that day.

I received several estimates and selected Dicava Lawn Sprinkler service, through HOME ADVISOR. My reason for selecting this service is because they showed up on time, explained everything that would be done on a level that I could understand, and gave me a fair price based on other quotes that I received this was in July. There was no pressure in the sale. I did read prior reviews regarding their work. In September, I was contacted informing about installation and contacting 811, regarding lines. On installation day, they arrived on time and all were friendly and professional. Once installation was completed â ¦even though 811, call did not prevent some lines being marked in error, and causing disruption of cable. Which, Cathy and Diego notified me immediately. Once installation was completed Diego, walked me through everything that was done and demonstrated the controls. I even woke up at 3:am, to make sure everything was working. I would highly recommend this Team. I look forward to an ongoing business relationship with this company for years to come. It has been a long time goal of mine for a sprinkler system. I am one that really appreciate reviews and know they really make a difference.

Dicava was a life saver! They were fast, prompt, and did a thorough job. Cathy's communication was clear and thoughtful. They took my problem seriously and kept at the job until it was finished. Their fees were more than reasonable and they even followed up with a call to make sure the work was complete. When you have problems with your irrigation system, you can feel pretty helpless. By the time Dicava was finished, all that anxiety was taken away. I couldn't be more happy with them and will absolutely use them again. Dicava is the best!

Diego and Kathy was all of this to their Job. Fantastic, Excellence, Extraordinary. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was what I wanted with my sprinkler system. Kathy took the time to teach me how to use my Rainbird controller, she gave me tips on how to make using the unit was very user friendly, also before they leave they made sure I was comfortable with the unit and everything was working the way it should. Repair and add to old system to get full coverage of new and old landscaping. So pleased with results. Very efficient and knowledgeable. He and his wife super nice to work with.

We hired Dicava to install a backyard sprinkler system. After they left we noticed a sprinkler head had been placed in a path we walk on through the grass. It was not placed along the edge of a flower bed or in the flower bed where Mr. Alvarez told me he would place it. He also placed the in-ground controls in this path. We contacted him immediately to ask them to come back and move the sprinkler head. We made several more attempts to contact him, but they never responded. I was also disappointed in the knowledge Mr. Alvarez had of the water needs of plants. When I pointed out that some of our plants were not receiving water, he made adjustments if he could and just shook his head at others with the comment, **Well, that plant does not need any** I pointed out that a hydrangea needed a lot of water (**hydra** means water), but he walked off. I do not recommend using this company. After posting my review, I was contacted by the company and the sprinkler head was placed properly. I revised my rating.

Rain bird System with WIFI. I received 3 competitive quotes that all were pretty close. I went with DiCava because they responded first, kept checking back, and clearly communicated better than the others. We set a date that was about 6-7 weeks out, but when an opening occurred, moved me up into that slot. They were here the day the agreed to and finished on time. When the project was done, my wife and I were out of town. They came back on the weekend to install the WIFI and go over the system with us in person. Great to do business with. Highly recommended!

They were very detailed in the estimate appointment. Answered all of our questions and gave us an estimate. They came did the work as scheduled wth no delays. Every time we contacted them they responded within minutes.

On time and great work. After the initial consultation, Dicava Lawn Sprinkler System installed sprinkler heads, made adjustments to others and helped us get much better sprinkler coverage in our yard.

Dicava came out to review my property and gave me a great price for the work. In two weeks, we scheduled them. They came out on their scheduled day that morning and worked for two days. They installed the heads along with the electrical control for the sprinkler system. They sent me a contract about a week before work was started, and the price did not fluctuate. My one concern was that they did not have their credit card machine setup at the time. I prefer paying by credit card, but they were very accommodating.
