Description of Work: They performed routine, scheduled pest control application on the entire perimeter of the house. If you report pest problems inside, they will treat the interior for the specified problem. They're prompt and professional.

Description of Work: They sprayed largely for ants. They had to come back once, at no cost, because the ants didn't go away. Everything ended up working and we're ant free now. The technician was pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing.

Description of Work: The tech came out the first time was at my home for approximately 10 minutes. I spoke with him about how quickly the service was performed. He reassured me he had done his job and there would be no problem. There was no improvement with mosquito treatment. Tech was called out again. I was told he would call before his arrival but he did not he stated "oh they never give me phone numbers". I explained to him there was no improvement in mosquitoes and he stated he would try another treatment and if that didn't work there was nothing else he could do for me. I have used other pest controls off Angie's List that were able to control the mosquitoes. This company apparently cannot. Will not use again.

Description of Work: Their goal was to treat carpenter ants around our house (which happens to be in a wooded area). The technician came out and treated our home and after 5 days we have not seen a single carpenter ant on our deck or around our house. They will be back next quarter to another treatment. The technician was friendly and again did not attempt to upsell anything which I appreciate very much.

First of all, the inspectors showed up on time and were very polite. They got right down to business after introductions and started setting everything up. They explained what they would be doing and let us know that we could follow them around and ask any questions that we wanted. Trust me, we asked many questions! I am a computer programmer and do not know much about home construction or maintenance and it was nice that when they answered our questions they did so in a manner that the average person could understand. Not only did they show us everything that was a potential issue, they also explained to us the best way to correct the issues. At the end of the inspection, they reviewed everything with us again. Provided very detailed reports complete with digital photographs of the main issues that were discovered. I was very pleased with the entire inspection and will have them return for a re-inspection to make sure issues are corrected by the seller before closing-Thanks!
Description of Work: Todd Lemoine performed a home inspection for a property that we were purchasing as our first home. This is a requirement for anyone to purchase a home and is definitely recommended for protecting the home buyer.
