They communicated well on the scheduled visit. They arrived on time, and fixed the problem quickly. Chris the tech was excellent.

First, when I called, the owner picked up the call himself - I didn't have to explain what I needed to someone then be told I'd get a call from a technician. I explained what I needed one time. When he personally came to inspect our home, he listened to us and explained everything involved in our repair. When we chose to have him do a couple of other jobs, he proceed them for us and said that was what the entire job would cost. When the technical came the next day, that was exactly what the cost was. No hidden fees, no uncharges, in a word - no surprises! Excellent work, knowledgeable, trained, and experienced people and technicans who do the job and do it right - for a fair price! Yeah, I will use Mr. Value Electricians again.

Mr. Value Electricians were very professional, arrived on time, knowledgeable about the exhaust fans and installation process of two bathroom fans. We were very pleased that the Cole was able to provide explanation for what we didn't know or understand. The experience was such a relief to be able to get bathroom fans fixed to help prevent future mold issues.

I am a DIYer with electrical training and generally do my own work but out of liability concerns, I decided to hire a pro for one of my tenants. I hired Mr. Value to replace a switch that was hot and a number of old ungrounded outlets for a tenant. Have to say I was really happy with these guys and they will be my go-to electricians when needed. The owner (Chris) was very responsive with quick response time, courteous and good communications along the way. Technician (Nick) was also great. Very professional and thorough and did the job how I would do it. When we found some unexpected snags, they worked with me to keep the cost down with high quality. I would highly recommend them and will be using them going forward.
