A couple of hours after speaking with David and out walls were opened up and we had huge fans and dehumidifiers both upstairs and in the crawl space drying everything out. David worked around our schedules and went to bat for us with the insurance company who only wanted to pay to have a portion of the floor fixed which would not have matched and would have looked awful. When you replace a portion of hardwood floor, you have to sand, stain and repoly ALL the hardwood floors throughout the house; something the insurance company fought to keep from paying for. We insisted and with David's help we got it done and got it covered. Can't say enough good things about David Abbey or All South Restoration.

They came out initially to give me an estimate and Kevin was very polite, engaging, and knowledgable. They sent me an initial quote and I had them come back out and do the repair work and repair the drywall. It took a full day and they even fixed my microwave door free of charge. I would recommend and use them again.

I paid less than I expected it to be. They came in and were efficient. They did the job well and didn’t scamp unless and sure that it was allotted before they left. I had a lot of water run over and soak into the floor and they even got under the base board. They only thing I didn’t like was they failed to reattach my carpet and when I asked about it they said it was a part of the service and I was thinking that I paid them to put me back and couldn’t believe it was part of the service. I had to get somebody else to reattach the carpet to the floor.

So far I've been happy with their work. I haven't received a final bill from them yet because they have a few more things to finish.

I had water damage in my basement ceiling and carpet from a broken water supply line on the floor above. I was worried that all of the drywall would have to be replaced. My insurance company suggested I call All South. They came out to inspect the damage within 2 hours of me calling them and Mark was very helpful in reassuring me that the damage was not as extensive as I had initially thought. He helped me pull back the carpet and gave me suggestions on drying the room out quickly. Their company did a great job on repairs and repainting, and came back to do touch-ups at no additional charge. They were very flexible with me in working with my busy work schedule. In the end my water damage was very minor, but they did a great job with all of the repairs. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs help with water damage, or any other type of property restoration. They are also on-call 24 hours a day!

All the boxes and furniture needed to treated for mold. So far everything has gone well and we are happy with the work.

They were very responsive and very friendly people to work with. They are a very professional and very good company. Their prices are fair too. The work was covered by insurance for us. Our experience with them was excellent. We would recommend them.

It went so well that I have hired them to do additional projects at my house and I have referred friends to them. They were responsive and did good quality work. The work that I have paid for myself was reasonably priced. The rebuilt area of my house is indistinguishable from the way it looked before the damage. When issues arose they dealt with them quickly and reasonably.

All South was terrific -- we cannot recommend them highly enough. From the first day of the job to the last, the staff were responsive and helpful. David Abbey in particular was great; he would always respond to questions right away, regardless of the hour of the day or day of the week. We had had a lot of water damage after a pipe burst, so it was great to have a contractor whom we felt we could really trust -- it was one less thing to worry about. The work crews were reliable, competent, and friendly. Whenever there was a minor problem (there was never a major one), David and his team addressed and corrected it immediately. They kept in touch as they worked about any changes needed to scheduling or the extent of work, and even helped us fix a number of issues unrelated to the water damage. They were also a big help with the paperwork needed, filing it in a very professional fashion. Don't work with anyone else!

I called early in the morning about my flooded basement and talked to a real person, not an answering machine. With record rains, I was told it might be 10:00 or after before they could get to me. I think my original request might have gotten mislaid - but the circumstances were unusual. The technician showed up about 3:00. The technician was very pleasant, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. After our discussion, I realized that since the source of the water had not been corrected, I would probably be wasting my money to purchase their services. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism.

Better than expected! They took an awful situation (our toilet overflowed and flooded the downstairs while we were out of town) and made our lives much easier. The house was a disaster when they arrived and they quickly cleaned up our furniture and belongings and saved what they could of our hardwood floors. They rebuilt everything better than it looked before. We're very happy with their service.
