In the end it worked out fine. They were a little late in getting here but otherwise it worked out fine. I think it was a office mix up. They came out within a few weeks of purchasing the deal. It started out as a problem with our garbage disposal but it turned out to be an electrical problem. But they still fixed it for us.

The service technician was prompt, thorough, and he cleaned up after he completed the work. He also provided some helpful maintenance tips. Service was excellent and reasonably priced.

They worked with me to schedule an appointment on a Sunday.

I initially contacted the company regarding a faulty pressure relief valve on my hot water heater. I did speak with the owner regarding that matter; however, I tried calling back several times to install a new hot water heater and a Whole House Hot Water Re-Circulation System (over $1200 worth of business.) I never heard back.

It went well. They arrived on time, provided very helpful advice on how to maintain the house's plumbing system, and were extremely friendly and professional. There was a slight issue where they caused one of the toilets to leak, but the owner himself came out and rectified the matter to my satisfaction.

Professionalism grade is not for cleanliness or courtesy but the fact that what I asked to have done was basically not acted upon. Probably not hire again but frankly, it is really my fault for not having gone back to them shortly afterwards and asking for their help. As a result I have not rated them to this point but Angies list is so persistent that I am doing so at this time.

They replaced the outside plumbing line and moved the outside spigot closer to the house. He also replaced a toilet in another house on my property and fixed a shower. I was very satisfied with his work. I did have to wipe the sink down after he left.

They did a good job. The technician showed up on time and did the job well. The toilet model was based on the existing plumbing and distance from wall. Since the installation, everything has been fine. I have had no issues with service.

They charged me for a service that I cancelled with the company. I was able to fix the problem myself and I worked it out with the company itself.

I called 24/7 Plumbing LLC this morning and left a message on their voicemail. I received a call back about 2 hours later and was told that Ronnie was finishing a job on the Southside and could come right afterward. He called my wife and said he was on the way and arrived shortly afterward. Ronnie and his apprentice were very friendly, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. They cleaned up afterwards and informed my wife that there was a 10% discount for using Angie's list. She did not know and did not ask but it was offered by Ronnie. We would definitely recommend this company and use them in the future.

I prefer that my husband handle these types of situations because as a landlord and female, I have had people attempt to take advantage of me several times before. Unfortunately, my husband was tied up at work and I had no choice but to make the calls to get our tenant's leak taken care of ASAP. After speaking with Ronnie for a few minutes about the repair and admitting my reluctance due to bad experiences, he reassured me that he was not going to do the same thing. This repair was needed on the day that pipes were bursting all over Atlanta due to the extreme cold weather so we knew it would be later on in the day when he arrived, but didn't realize it would be 10 p.m. (that's the only reason I rated punctuality a "B" vs. "A"). That was not a big issue for us considering the situation; we were just relieved that he could go by at all. A couple of others contractors we contacted could not go by for 1-2 days. Ronnie repaired the leak and also suggested some minor repairs he could make to alleviate a potential leak affecting so many other areas in the event it occurs again. We hired him a week later to make those repairs as well and were just as pleased. We will definitely use him again, and refer him to those who desire a plumber they can trust to treat them professionally, not overcharge, and get the job done.

The plumber and his assistant were excellent, highly knowledgeable and very efficient. We will call them for our future plumbing needs to repair our water pump and hot water heater, when needed.

24/7 Plumbing replaced my sewer and water lines from the house to the street. After getting three estimates from plumbers Ronnie and Antonio arrived. Ronnie was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a very fair price. They started on the job at 4:20 pm Friday afternoon and finished at 10:30 pm. I would highly recommend them and will use 24/7 for all my future plumping needs. Thank you Ronnie and Antonio!

He just came and gave me some estimates. I thought the certificate was for any kind of plumbing ($340.00 worth), but found out when he got here that it was just for a plumbing inspection. I thought his estimates for work were a big high so I didn't call him back.

Repiped ice maker with new stop($175), which was not asked for and was questioned before work was done. I was told it was being done at no charge to me. Obviously it was charged. The information above is all that was provided when I asked for a detailed invoice. I was not provided with the model and serial number of the water heater and do not have access. I asked, but it was not provided, so due to this and no proof of purchase of the water heater on the very poor paperwork(invoice), I have no way to exercise the manufacturer warranty if anything goes wrong. Since there is no warranty of work written anywhere by 24/7, I quess I am out of luck there also. Bottom line, the men were very nice, but I would not recommend them unless a detailed written estimate is obtained before any work is done. A detailed invoice(parts, labor etc) is required after, with all needed information provided for warranty. And finally, a 24/7 written warranty of some sort provided. This turned out to be a hard lesson for me to fully research anybody before I use them and not to rely on Angies List.

Changed the kitchen faucet & serviced other faucets

Ronnie was amazing!! He was extremely responsive to my initial contact and set up a time to view the water line the very next morning! The next morning he was on time (early, in fact, he beat me to the house!!) and after he gave me a thorough examination, which included walking me through and explaining the details of the damage and what repairs would be needed. Much to my surprise, and despite the frigid weather, they got right to work!! More than that, color me shocked, when only a few hours later, Ronnie called to let me know that they were done. Just as he'd done before, he took me through everything that he'd done and gave me the visual reassurance that everything had be done perfectly!! And finally, to top off such a wonderful experience, Ronnie also providing a fantastic discount on the repairs!! Would I use 24/7 Plumbing again?? Absolutely....and twice on Sunday! They're already on my speed dial...thanks for everything guys!

We had a toilet overflow and after we got it cleaned up I told my wife I was done trying to fix all the silly issues we had with our toilets (leaking, running on, not flushing all the way, etc) with Home Depot hardware that never seemed to work or last. So I told her to call a plumber. After I did that, I thought I was going to be sorry - that it was going to be an expensive boondoggle. I was wrong. Ronnie was a little late due to other jobs, but he called to let us know. He didn't have all the parts he needed, but he had his helper Antonio work on some of the toilets while he went to get more supplies. He gave us a great price because he was running late from the last job. I really didn't think he set the toilets up right because they were only half-way to the fill line in the tank. He explained to me that it was totally unnecessary to fill the tank and he showed me what parts to get and how to setup the toilet so I wouldn't need him in the future for such a simple job. In short, he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and did the job at a great price. Because he and Antonio were so late in leaving (we were their last job of the day) and because of the great price and service they gave us, we paid more than we agreed on. I don't remember ever doing that before.

Replaced toilet and tuned up another. They were helpful, fast and professional! Will recommend and use again!
